Are there 40k i-phone apps?? Really..... Didn't even think to look. That could be useful depending...
OK ya bugger, now you made me get one! I got the 40k QR app, which is just the basic charts for shooting to hit, assault to hit, wounding, cover, vehicle damage, deep strike mishap and reserves. Seems to work fine. That's worth 99 cents to me, especially since I can never remember the rules and am always hunting through the rule book.

I've heard of a few which you can use for quick rule references and to create army lists on. iRoster 40K is one I've just found and it looks pretty good.

40k mathhammer is ok, but not maintained it seems. I reported a bug (it crashes on shooting that can only glance) half a year ago.

Most phones do just what an iPad can, and if they can't a netbook can do more. For less. Much less. Like... 1/6th the cost less.

True but you can't look a three things at once. but why argue a product from apple. Why didn't Bill get into Warhammer 40k and coputerize everything? ie games, movies, and a Bill model to judge list building.

There are no useful iPad 40k apps yet, a good army builder would be great.
