OOC: Sorry for the late response. A Phlegethoth is a resident of the Realm of Information. There's nothing written about them in anything that I've read, so just assume they're my headcanon at best. Effectively, they're invisible creatures that bind to information-carrying devices and slowly feed off of it while accelerating the brain, or computer, or what have you, to give themselves more food.
