Well, I hope you didn't expect this thread to last long when you made it, because you're asking a question and fishing for rumors that don't really exist. If Eldar are getting an update, there would be a thread already. Chances are it's a way off if there's nothing being said.

I think if a new codex was on the horizon they would have held on to the Prism to make the new codex release better??

I didn't expect it to last, I was just wondering if any news or rumors had been heard. But as always, with the internet being what it is, flames and trolling will prevail. A simple no update proposed or mentioned, at least until older codecis have been updated would suffice, but hey even that level of maturity is hard to come by nowadays.

What I am saying is what you wanted to know/discuss was if there are any rumours.

You would probably have simply been told that there are no rumours at present and the trolls would have remained in their caves.

What you asked for was a date for a new codex when there are not even any rumours.
That is setting yourself up as a target I am sorry to say.

Asking for a date of a new codex in itself is pointless as GW won't officially announce the launch until three weeks after it is in the shops.

So just make sure you ask a pertinent question and one that will most likely lead to an answer of some sort.

Once its tomorrow, it becomes today. So the Eldar Codex will always be tomorrow, a never ending loop in time. It happens to all space elves. Just look at Dark ELdar. Their Codex is tomorrow as well. The warp gods hate us.
