Shame that is becoming a bit of political feeding frenzy now. I get the distinct impression that the Chilean government are rubbing their hands in glee at anticipating being able to milk this for their own purposes.

Well, yes. I mean, when did the first 9/11 films start coming out? I would probably check a film about this incident out. If it was on telly.

That said, I haven't been watching the news reports!

Alb, don't bother. The mother-in-law and Mrs have had it on and its all about the media circus now.

Sky news are currently reporting on what the other media outlets are doing. Documenting the media feeding frenzy that they have helped to create. Typical self agrandising that we have for news these days. Iam just waiting for the hour long commentated helicopter footage of ambulances being driven to hospitals ala princes di (gawd bless 'er)

The President and 1st lady of Chile is glad handing every miner that comes out almost before the families get a hug. I'm happy for the fellers but its looking a little stage managed.
