Now, what thickness plasticard should I get to make the RuzzBot?

Well, I now know what size plasticard I need.
Now I need to get everything...

Ok, got no pics, but I'll describe what da RuzzBot is going to look like:
4 Big shootas
1 Kill (Battle) Kannon
1 Klaw
1 Hamma
+ More (can't remember the rest!)

Not tried them myself so don't know how good they are, but these might help you out. Paperhammer certainly has a very good rep for templates.

I forgot to mention I had a 800pt Ork vs Ork battle on Sunday.


I won


the game ended with me having 5 burnas, 6 shoota boyz, 2 bikers, 1 bikerboss (Wazza) and about 13 slugga boyz.

he had 1 shoota boy and 1 deth kopta.





and, yes, I had less than 800pts on the table (I checked afterwards, not before as I wanted to get straight into the game)

What's giving you issues matt?

Mainly beding the 0.5mm plasticard into shape...

Hot water and hair-dryers seem to be fairly common tools for helping with that. Depends on what you're making and where it's getting attached - for most of the shapes I've bent I've got away with just over-bending it first then using a fast-setting glue - but that's for when there's good surface contact.

What shape and size are you trying to get?

Well, I'm tryin to get a circle with a diameter of about 2.5 cm.... That's only to start off with before I start on the body and (the rest of) the head

Wouldn't some plastic tubing be better for that? Maybe check out some hardware or plumbing stores if plasticard stock is hard to come by.
