Well entries are capped at 5 models, so that instantly cuts your work load in half and if, like me, you have very little time to do anything, you can just enter 1.

Here we go - final photos taken. Bloody camera and lighting decided to play silly buggers today and am way to tired to feth about with them anymore. Soz for the weak photos. Damn glare. Definetly going to get a lightbox soon. Anyways..........

Here he is - Terminator Brother Goriel of the Blood Angels, attached to Squad Lorenzo aboard the acursed Hulk 'The Sin Of Damnation'

Jan - that ichor is super icky, man and I really like the pale flesh of the genestealer. I guess if you spend all your time hanging out in Space Hulks you don't get a lot of vitamin D.

Good dark red on Goriel and the black is lovely. With all the bling it's quite easy for SH Terminators to look very busy, but you've mitigated that well with consistent colour choices that don't jar with the scheme as a whole and demand focus on individual bits.

Thanks very much Sock. The 'paintmymini' app that TP recommended me is really really handy for storing paint recipes and schemes. Looking forward to doing more of these boys. Toned the reds down and darker than the usual BAs - dead happy how they've turned out.

@Januine; yes that model looks terrible /jealous sarcasm

@Zambro; Holy crap! I got some very nice feedback on my writing last month, but that was two pages in a book, not an entire damn scroll!

@Loricatus Aurora; very nice pose on that marine, like it.

Just waiting for my images to load before posting the finals for my entry.

A Protoss colony world

Well, it looks like I may have to just wave the white flag and throw in the towel. I just haven't had time to get stuff done this month, what with being constantly tired from work. Retail's busy around Easter! Next month I should be able to do better. Honestly for this month I'll try to get SOMETHING submitted, even if it's just one of the hoped for five models, but don't expect anything remotely impressive.

My armies (re-counted and updated on 11/7/24, including modeled wargear options):
Dark Angels: ~16000 Astra Militarum: ~1200 | Imperial Knights: ~2300 | Leagues of Votann: ~1300 | Tyranids: ~3400 | Stormcast Eternals: ~5000 | Kruleboyz: ~3500 | Lumineth Realm-Lords: ~700
Check out my P&M Blogs: ZergSmasher's P&M Blog | Imperial Knights blog | Board Games blog | Total models painted in 2024: 40 | Total models painted in 2025: 21 | Current main painting project: Warhammer 40k Leviathan set

I have finished my blood angels Predator tank. I chose to leave it without a gunner (really because I somehow lost the mini). Note the chipping, blued steel on the barrel, subtle streaking, OSL headlights, and various add-ons. This piece flew together fast, I really surprised myself. I hope you guys enjoy!

Superb tank. Love the barrel and the osl.

Good stuff all!

My final entry, no different to the mini on the first page but cut down to 5 pics. Pretty pleased with him, definitely my strongest entry to date, I think!

Update on my late entry. Basics done, now highlighting cleanup and detailing required. Id say about 50% done.

So I've re-done some of the highlighting. Still not convinced. Am I being way too subtle with my highlighting? Or is it just the crappy pictures (they look okay in 'real life'). I know I should be using a light box, but do I need to change my painting too?

I believe in you Tsukuru.

I will take my final pics tonight, it has been done already, I've just been super busy. Not happy with the skintone, but can't think of how I'd make it better. Just afterwards managed to do the best skintone ever on a chaos chosen, so I don't know what my deal is.
