As a very first guess. Could be the forgeworld Ork Skrocha rear.
Thats with a completely new ork wartrack design mind???

That may just be wishful thinking.

Looks too clean for an ork vehicle.

Reminds me a lot of the churchill crocodile, but the hellhound covers that so we shall see.

Yeah, I expect it's most likely Imperial. My money is on something IG but I really can't say what specifically as I don't play them...

Enlist as a virtual Ultramarine! Click here for my Chaos Gate (PC) thread.

"As I recall, your face was tortured. Imagine that - the Master of the Wolves, his ferocity twisted into grief. And yet you still carried out your duty. You always did what was asked of you. So loyal. So tenacious. Truly you were the attack dog of the Emperor. You took no pleasure in what you did. I knew that then, and I know it now. But all things change, my brother. I'm not the same as I was, and you're... well, let us not mention where you are now."

Eh. Not really. Leman Russ has a more pronounced curve on the track skirting.

It's a Malchador.

Agreed. Some kind of IG tank that has a big ass flamer on the front.

Why would you buy a resin DKoK hellhound if it was exactly the same as a standard IG Hellhound? So they add an inferno cannon to a Malcador and Whammy! you got a DKoK tank.

I know it's a bit early but could this be for the Valhallans in the next IA book?

It's supposed to be Valhallans vs Eldar on an ice planet, and I don't know why but flame weapons seem to fit Valhallans, the whole "Fire and Ice" thing.

I agree that's definitely Imperial though, and that is a Malcador rear.

It's Elysians and Cadians with Space Wolf support vs Eldar, not Valhallans.

It could well be a flamer-equipped Malcador - frankly that would be badass.

Oh, my bad, I had assumed that because it was Guard vs Eldar on an ice world it would be Valhallans.

agreed. i'm guessing it'll have a hellhound gun in the "turret" (not technically a turret as it doesn't rotate but that same position) with heavy flamers where the stubbers are.

Flamer ideas sound plausable. My first thought was fuel tank giving greater operating range... +1 to reserve rolls or something? Probably quite a pricy akward model for such a rule though...

The way the tracks fit over the rear "wheel" and the way it has that jutting look fits a Malchador more than a Russ.

Just a small tidbit from Warseer, when SteelSpectre wrote an email to Forge World about Elysians in IA11 (the one about Eldar, IG and Space Wolves):

Oh, also? Simon Kirkham is one of their customer service guys(incidentally, he's a great guy and just fixed a problem with one of my Heavy Bolter Tarantula Emplacements) who also works on their Newsletter, but he is not a designer or a sculptor. So...take that into account with this.

Another small tidbit from FW posted by eldargal over at Warseer:
Forge World wrote:Hi,
The Phantom titan will not be released before Christmas as it is not yet finished. When we make a new titan, it usually take 12-18 months to make and then go up to order. At the moment all we can say is that it will be released at some point next year.
Thanks,

And peterb17 over at Warseer got the confirmation that there will be no Warhammer Forge releases this year.

Looks more like a weapon rather than a fuel tank. It could also be a portable something or other such as a generator. The malcador looks big enough to carry any ammo fuel or cells it needs suggesting that this towed thing is meant to be used separately.

A weapon? There is no visible means for it to "shoot" anything. It's just a tank for holding something on wheels. Why would you mount an additional weapon on a trailer behind a tank that already mounts weapons? Makes even less sense than a fuel trailer imo.
