Hi Everyone,
We've had a busy few weeks at Soda Pop and have some great stuff coming up so I figured I should stop on by and let you all know.

First off we just released our third Relic Knight, Sebastian Cross. He's our largest model yet and comes on an 80mm base (not pictured).

He's available now on the Soda Pop Store. More pictures of him are also on his character page. I'll also get some comparison shots of him up soon as soon as I finish assembling mine.

We also just put up the art for our next model, Squall.

She'll be ready for order this month.

Last but not least we'll have some more Super Dungeon Explore info here, oh ...... tomorrow.

Thanks!
Deke

Perfect DE sorceress.

--The whole concept of government granted and government regulated 'permits' and the accompanying government mandate for government approved firearms 'training' prior to being blessed by government with the privilege to carry arms in a government approved and regulated manner, flies directly in the face of the fundamental right to keep and bear arms.

Agreed!

I'm not normally impressed by Soda Pop stuff, but that is one nice mech model.

Wonder how the lass ever manages to tie her shoelaces without overbalancing and going face first into the deck...

I never really noticed until recently, but being pigeon-toed seems to be a common trend among anime art.

He does! Either that or some Atlus game.

Very awesome-looking model, though! I must admit, I think the pirate chick Calico Kate will forever remain my favorite. Once I have a proper display case she shall be mine!

Gosh, I love all of their models.

Listen, my children, as I pass onto you the truth behind Willy Wonka and his factory. For every wonka bar ever created in existance, Mr. Wonka sacraficed a single Oompa Loompa to the god of chocolate, Hearshys. Then, he drank the blood of the fallen orange men because he fed them a constant supply of sugary chocolate so they all became diabetic and had creamy, sweet-tasting blood that willy could put into each and every Wonka bar. That is the REAL story behind willy wonka's Slaughter House!

I like the Soda Pop stuff so far. Might start collecting some one day. That big guy in OP is begging for a sweet conversion...some sort of cockpit instead of an open pilot.

Wow, Soda Pop has really stepped up their game in terms of paintjobs. The models have always been good, but there was a period where the studio paintjobs were gak. Nothing of the sort here, that freehand is great. I don't suppose it says who did it?

I love the Sodapop Line of miniatures and I’ve bought most of them so far. They offer something different and new to the GW models. It also makes a good break from painting my GW armies. Here’s my first Sodapop model I painted and posted on Dakka a few weeks ago, Rin Farrah, Raceway Sniper

http://www.dakkadakka.com/dakkaforum/posts/list/331532.page

It’s also good to see a new company bring something new to the hobby and I’m happy to support them. I hope the company keeps up the high quality models their currently producing. My only slight negative (and it is slight) is they could do with better blister packaging. The models contain small components and they can get damaged easy. Trying to get straight the gun barrel on this model was hard as I was afraid of bending and snapping it.

I’d like them to make the concept art available as prints from their webstore as I’d love to buy them. The new model Squall looks awesome, and they do a pretty decent job of transforming the art into a model.

Keep it up….

I'd love to know how big that guy is compared to some 40K models.

I know, I know! Not everything can be (nor should be) compared to GW models. We should judge things on their own and not on how well we can 'Counts As' them into our army, but I'm sorry, that model just screams "Most awesome Inquisitor EVER" to me.

It is, and I really hate it on figures. Total turn off from purchase if there isn't an easy way to straighten their feet out.

I promised some Super Dungeon Explore and I aim to deliver. We will we doing a 12 Days of Super Dungeon Explore with previews throughout.

Our first day is the Kobold Knucklehead.

KOBOLD KNUCKLEHEAD
The Knucklehead's prowess in combat may appear meager at first glance. Wise Heroes do well not to underestimate them. Their high Movement enables them to quickly horde a Hero and make use of their potent Mob ability. Combined with their static Armor of 1, Knuckleheads can be a surprisingly resilient and deadly foe.

Last we have his demo/playtest card. As the name would imply this is just for purposes of the demo and is not a final "pretty" card.

I should have my Sebastian done tonight and will snap a pic of him next to some GW for scale.

And of course you can always follow the action on our website or facebook

More tomorrow!

I like the relic knight. It looks pretty cool, and isn't a pussy deflector like the rest of the range. I'm interested, though I have a bad, bad feeling about the price. Still, I never thought I'd see the day I'd be contemplating a Soda Pop purchase.

It would make a pretty awesome pre-heresy dread with a little work. Or a Popemobile of somekind in my Word Bearer Zealot army.

EDIT: Just converted the price from Yank-gold to People-cash. £38? How big is this model? Because at that price it should be massive.

Being pigeon-toed seems to be fairly common among real Japanese women.

Not that I go around staring at Japanese women's legs, er, is it snowing outside... ?

More Super Dungeon Explore, please!

Any chance of a set of basic demo rules?

I'm writing a load of fiction. My latest story starts here... This is the index of all the stories...

We're not very big on official rules. Rules lead to people looking for loopholes. What's here is about it.

This guy is one of the promo figs without a shield.
Looks like there will be quite a bit of variety in the game.

I just want rules for this game.

I got figures from their special edition sale.
