I really love this shot of my DnD character facing up to a bugbear with the same weapon load out as her. The enemy she was fighting in game was actually a hobgoblin with a spear but anyone who plays DnD will understand how rarely you have the exact enemy model!

@fodabett: those backwards winged Valkyries are hard to look at; the backwards wing look is usually ok, if only he hadn't put the FW decals on backwards too!

Those are my russes and valks. I prefer the look of the backwards wings and I applied the decals as well. In an insertion a valk would drop nose down almost all the way until the final second and then pull up using it's vectored thrust, the men and women of Armageddon began looking forward to the "falling eagles" bringing in supply drops to troops, during the 3rd war for Armageddon.

In the pics everything that's an Ultramarine or a Steel Legion trooper is mine. I've still got about 18 more russes to paint as well as tons of other stuff.

Best moment (Honestly) was when my 10 or so berserkers surounded a vulkan because i was playing assainatio where you have to kill the hq that costs the most points on both sides. too bad i dont have a pic

I don't often take pics of battles as I tend to forget and spend too much time thinking and worrying However Here is one from a demonstration game of Stargrunt that a friend and I did a few years back. Loosly based on Blackhawk Down the scenario involved high tech Tau forces get ambushed by a metric assload of Ork militia

A man can't own 12 leman russes(18 more unpainted), 6 medusas (3 more unbuilt), 9 chimeras (15 more unbuilt), 1 manticore, 20 unpainted sentinels, 3 valks, 2 unbuilt & 1 unpainted Baneblades, not to mention the unpainted warhounds, unbuilt reavers, and a warlord, without people calling him crazy? twitch.twitch...i think my brain imploded just now...that is far far far too many models for one person to own...i would be more than willing to take some off your hands for you

Some of those battles are just waaaaay too big. I couldnt own that many models and just wouldnt want to play a game that long.
