I'll be starting my DarkBloodWolfSpaceTemplars army soon, and one of it's interations will be counts-as Space Wolves. However, I don't want to be TOO wolfy with my theme and I'm wondering what miniatures are around that can be used instead?

Lions? Boars? Hedgehogs? Badgers? Squirrels? The sillier the better for this army (ThunderFerrets?), but whatever animal I choose it has to have a normal-size version (for Fenrisian Wolves) and a huge scary version (for Thunderwolves)

All i can think of from the GW range are either boars - which exist in normal scale but not HUGE (or, can you still get cyboars?) and the High Elf Lions, which I think are also one-size. Or Sabretusks - are they much bigger than Lions?

Any ideas from other manufaturers? Or other GW models I haven't thought of? Extra points if someone actually manages to locate some ThunderHedgehogs.

Also, If done right spiders/lizards, with magnatised base swaps, could count as both bikes or thunderwolfs.
