hey man, yeah i have started a few from those two books. what are you using for the minotaurs? its an incredibly difficult colour to match. however if you do dwarf bronze with a light devlan mud wash it gets pretty close

I have a Badab War Blog. I am starting with Lamenters, but will eventually have an army from each of the four secessionist chapters, plus a Tyrant's Legion.

Gitsplitta has a fairly legendary Mantis Warriors Blog.

There are one or two others around.

hmm for now i don't really know how to get it. i might try your recipe to see how it goes. but so far it's a pretty ambitious and far goal. *im trying to do a company's worth of minotaurs* the problem with devlan mud is that coat it too lightly there's barely a tinge to it. coating it slightly more will cause dull the color and making the models look flat. i had went with a mix of brown and shining gold for base coat. and then dry brushing lightly a coat of shining gold over it and highlighting with brazen gold. right now it looks wayy to shiny for it to be minotaurs, trying to find ways to tone it down.
