My Attack Bike shot at Ork Boys through a razor wire fence with a Multi-Melta. The Boys passed their cover save of 6+ How can a super heated shot get stopped by a tiny peice of metal? Oh yeah, someone I know paints their Chaos Daemons "Hello Kitty" (Pink and White)

One time I had one kroot left in what was a unit of ten, passed his morale check, and killed three marines and put a wound on a SM captain. I was like "Holy sh*t that was a lucky Kroot", as was my equally surprised friend. After he killed the third marine we were laughing so hard.

Last game I played I was forced to assault a squad of Nobz with a 10 man squad of Striking Scorpions. So thats 30 attacks on a 4+ to hit... only six hit and of that none wounded. The dice gods hate me.

Yeah, I didn't play the game but I witnessed a Gretchin squad kill 3 Terminators and make the Terminators fall back. Wierd hey.

I had a wave serpent full of banshees tankshock into a guard squad that I didn't realize had a meltagun. The Melta failed to even glance, so the wave serpent hit the command squad behind it, shoving it off the objective. It then weathers a turn of being shot at by two vendettas without taking a scratch and disgorges the banshees to chew up the guardsmen's flank. It proceeds to tank shock another guard squad, which flees off the board, and then kill one vendetta with it's missile launcher, exploding it and killing several nearby stormtroopers. The next vendetta manages to take off the missile launcher, so I have the wave serpent ram it on my next turn, exploding the vendetta (killing another nearby guardsman) and taking off the splinter cannon on the wave serpent. The now weaponless wave serpent proceeds to tank shock another squad, sending it off the board, after which the last guardsmen left alive, a stormtrooper sergeant with a plasma pistol, stumbles down a hill, shoots it, and the wave serpent explodes. Most insane thing I've ever seen happen.

Once I had my Dire Avenger squad being shot to pieces, except for the exarch. Then he had four mortars, two lascannons, a battlecannon and about 50 lasguns fired towards him... But did not die.

I had one squad of 5 TH/SS Termies in a Land Radier, they got out to kill 2 Zooanthropes on spore pod that came in behind, and blew up the other Land Raider. They won that combat without losing any. But then got shot by 3 Hive Guard, and 4 died. But then the last Terminator passed at least 30 saves, killed a squad of Guants, and nearly got me a draw, but my other squad failed me.

Lukas the Trickster took out Angon the Daemon Primarch and 4 of his retinue (The retinue numbered about 6 Bloodthirsters) with the Last Laugh.
The squad had been shot to pieces that turn and the guy controlling Angron wanted to move as many of the bloodthirsters into base to base just to prove how doomed the little Space Wolf was, needless to say he didn't know about the Last Laugh.
Lukas was killed but i rolled a 4 and he got a 2.
Pretty damn unlucky for the other guy... though it was still a draw overall.

Just yesterday, I had an Ork Warboss on a bike go up to eat a squad of Firewarriors and a Devilfish. The Firewarriors did one wound, amazingly. The Warboss then allocates one attack to the Devilfish, and 5 to the Firewarriors. He wiffs all but 2 attacks on the Firewarriors. And of those two attacks, none of them do damage. The Warboss then fails his leadership test, and then gets caught in the sweeping advance by Tau Firewarriors.

Of course, I shouldn't have been so surprised, this is the same Tau player who's killed Chaos Lords and Carnifexen in close combat with shield drones (in the same game!). Seriously, Tau close combat kicks ass.

In another game a long while back, I had a lone Inquisitor, after the death of the rest of my army, take down a Space Marine Captain, a Dreadnought, and a Drop Pod all on his own while being fired at by the entire enemy army (which was very much alive and packing plenty of heavy weaponry capable of instantly killing him). All he had was an eviscerator and a 4++ invulnerable save.

Not personal, but I once saw a single Sister Repentia take on a chimera full of guardsmen and win.

The guy never fielded that model again, saying that she had repented.

I once saw half a squad of Fire Warriors kill a Bloodthirster in one volley. All hit, all wounded, and the Bloodthirster's player rolled four 1s and a cocked die. Rerolled the cocked die...another 1. Dead Bloodthirster.

I had a 100 point librarian kill a Slaanesh Daemonprince. he survived the attacks from terrible rolling then i rolled my 3 attacks.

i got 3 6s to hit and 2 6s and a 5 to wound and killed the prince as he only had 3 wounds left.

Had my tau win CC with two hormagaunt squads on them, one full, one about half strength. Routed and killed the mob of 30 taking no wounds after making 15 armor saves.

I once rapid fired with a full squad of Tau Firewarriors.... 24 shots... and I rolled nothing but 1s and 3s...

I managed to fail five Terminator armor saves in a five-man squad. Yes. I got five ones.

A Daemon prince with T6 and a 2+ armor save, and FnP (this is back in 3.5 where you had the armoury and book of Khorne) died by the hands of 2 guardsmen. My DP had exactly 2 wounds left, the guardsmen each had one attack and were the last surviving members of their squad. My enemy only had those two guardsmen left, while I had only the DP. They attacked. Both hit, both wound, I failed both saves, then failed the FnP saves. I lost the battle, because my DP got two lasguns shoved up his ass and apparently he couldnt bear the pain.

I had a Havoc Chaos Marine squad take a full 60 las guns shots from a squad and 3 lascannons from a vendetta. The one guy that was left, shot a missile that exploded the Vendetta. Follow the explosion to the squad and kill enough for a morale check. Which the IG squad fails. He was my MVP

I had pedro kantor in a landraider with a 10man assualt squad and chaplain. My friends stompa killed the raider then took the super gatla to the squad killing them and the chplain and taking 2 wounds of kantor. who then withered the gatla for like 6 throws till he got double on his invul the ate it to a big shoota cause i failed a 3+

Not that great but a gretchen once got a headshot on one of my terminaters. made me laugh anyway

I had my sly marob come out of cover to assault by a space marine comander and and 2 marines. Sly kills the 2 marines and weathers the asault in a drawn combat. I have some guard on the way to re-enforce Sly in the combat but they are still a turn away. In the next turn turn the marine player tries to put put a vindicator shell on the advancing guard. This is all good till the dice scatters and lands on the spce marine captin and partialy on Sly who passes the partial cover roll and wipes out the Space marine captian. Needles to say i was piising my self laughing and the marine player was pissed.

My Salamanders scouts missing or not wounding with every fething shot past their first game.

Like, game 1 they kept a squad of Kroot pinned for the entirety of the game. They were pure gold.

Every single game after that they did nothing. I even forgot to pack them up a few times.

When my 2x Lightning Claw captain survived three rounds of combat against two squads of Genestealers. He killed enough of the Genestealers to make them fall back. The best thing however, was that the Tyranid player was Chris Kluwe (Punter for the Minnesota Vikings)!

Of my 5 or so games I've played, every time I've drove one of my LRs or Chimeras onto difficult terrain, they got immobilized. I know, it's only a few games, but it's still really sad. :(

My squad of Honor Guard was shot at by some shuriken pistols.... 4 hits, 3 wounds......3 dead honor guard.... needless to say everyone in that game was stunned

Having my freinds whole guard army fire at 3 wratihs then 2 died but they got wbb (lasguns the died and got wbb twice) and having both wraiths get back up then they killed a commander and ten marines and got a destroyer lord to my friends land raider that died.....lol

I played a game against Blood Angels and my Land Raider was shot at every turn by at least 1 Melta weapon within half range. Strangely, even with the 2 D6s, the Blood Angels player failed to penetrate, even glance the Land Raider, each time rolling so the total was 13 (which was 5 times.)

I once watched ( i was participating in the game.. just other parts of the board) a single squad of Fire Warriors take out a Chaos Terminator and 3 terminator retinue, along with an Ork Warboss and his remaining Nob squad (there were 4 or 5 left, after shooting and bombardments).. in close combat...

Thats right, a single squad of FIRE WARRIORS took out a whole mess of CC monster units, all without charging.

First was my deathstrike missile surviving a whole two turns of fire, which included a baneblade, Another deathstrike, and two monoliths...then launching its missile, and blowing up half the enemy army....

Next is my venerable dread IKing Fuagan, after Fugan had penned two times and glanced once.

Finally, me rolling hits on my Vortex missile, dooming skulltaker and his entire formation to the warp, again. Then my deathstrike (gooooooodbye huge guardsmen blob). Then finally my drop pod on the obj, drawing me the game!

Oh and OFC my terminators.....god bless FNP.

Tank Shocked a powerblob, failed 2 consecutive tests and ran. Failed regroup tests. Ran off the board. I think it was a total of 4 tests.
