You can put the Apothecary with Draigo, and keep the other Paladin back shooting, and people will more likely play a 500 point list

I plan on throwing lelith and some wyches at him lol.
she should be around 7 or so attacks unless his WS is stupidly high.
If that doesent work, i guess i could just open up a ton of dark lances at him.

He's Ws7, T5, 2+ and 3++ 4Wounds and EW. Lelith and Wyches will have fun wounding him on 6s and him getting either a 3++ or 2+ save from them. Lelith only gain 2 bonus attacks due to weaponskill against him.
Dark Lances are a better bet still takes on average 22 Dark Lance shots to kill him how many you got at 500 pts in a list with Lelith and Wyches? Plus he'll be in a unit with another guy with a 2++ save in combat 2 wounds and everyone having FnP...

Thats a list purely designed to take on this list surely? And even at that I doubt it would do too well. The Ravagers would have to stay mobile but if just 1 bod got to your lines he would wipe out your infantry on his own...

24" rapid fire poisoned weapons. 9 lances on highly mobile platforms. I would use this for any 500 points game. Granted the lances are mainly anti-tank and heavy infantry, but against basic troops they cut them down quickly enough. However, most 500 point games ban alot of things. 2+ saves, anything better than 3++, more than 2-3 choices from E, FA or H. Nothing over 2 wounds. You get the idea? But with that aside, i would happily run the list i posted. Edit: If i was to tailor the army towards yours, i'd simply swap the lances for Dcannons. Free upgrade. I then go from: 9 S8 AP2 shots. to 27 S5 AP2 shots.

You'd take walking DE to a 500 point tournament? Really?
Even then I'd reserve everything and deepstrike it in so that you get 1 turn of shooting at Draigo before you're dead and the Psycannon guy gets first shots at one of your Ravagers...

I'd hide in a corner then simply move about the board keeping out of your way.
Granted the warriors will die, but they are there simply to fill basic choices.
and to answer your question (sorry, missed it then)
I would indeed take them to a 500 tournament.
Raiders chew up 65 points each, why not pay 40 more for something that really has an impact?
I want to make sure any heavy armour is removed as quickly as possible.
Failing that, i would ditch 2 warriors and form them into 2 units, then give the herm a hex rifle for a laugh.

Granted the warriors will die, but they are there simply to fill basic choices.
And are the only thing that can win you objective games...

With 9 dark lances or Dcannons removing models from a board isnt all that hard.
And in the turns provided its pretty easy to table an army with focused fire.
If the warriors dont feel like fighting either, i can simply keep them running too.
With fleet its not hard to outrun termies.
Granted i will lose a few, but thats life.
you know its going to hapen with a T3 5+ model.
So, your saying that taking a single shot at a russ is fine, since i have a transport?
Instead of a less mobile army, but having 3x the firepower?
Speed is great, unless theres a battlecannon or anything S8+ being thrown your way, and funnily enough, those large weapons tend to have the range for it aswell.
Transport or not, its low AV, and it will get shot down.
I rather do plenty of damage to either prolong that, or avoid it.
Edit: Missed the whole point of it, but the idea is to table an army, much like a pure DC army has to do, just alot easier.
dont need to hold an objective if theres nothing else to go near it.

Just ran it through the Combat Calculator. Seems Draigo would survive a very large percentage of the time, actually, against 27 S5 AP2 BS4 shots. Well, at least for one round.

It was 9 S8 Ap2 shots as is Ravagers have Dark Lances and I was commenting on the all commers nature of his list (or lack of it).

500 points doesn't exactly offer a lot of wiggle room for someone to deal with models of that absurdity level. Plus it's cheap as hell to buy that list! Draigo is like $22, and the Paladins are $50 for the box of 5 right? So for less than $100 you have a 500 point army and only have to paint three models. Win!

The issue is in KP missions and seize ground missions my opponent could simply ignore me if he's mobile. I often take Calgar to 500 pt Tourneys (I see those events as fun rather than full competitive) and only if the enemy is dump enough to attempt to engage him does he do anything. Normally my LSS Scouts have to pretty much carry the games for me on their own (which they frequently do). This army would be easy to simply avoid and snipe and then grab objectives or deny me the chance to gain even a single KP.
But yes definitely a cheap army and certainly a hilarious one.

Orks are the best codex below 1,000pts and are pretty good until 1,500pts.
But I reckon you should do this at 850 pts and take a Landraider for a more "Cinematic" battle.
