Inquisitor Valeria uses an item called the Hyperstone maze that traps people should they fail a current wound check.
Fun fact, you never throw pokeballs at full health monsters until they are assured captured.
You never use the hyperstone maze unless it's a guaranteed kill.
Pokeballs are one use only.
Hyperstone maze is one use only.
Matt Ward is a closet pokemon fan.

Being a big pokemon fan, this connection is a stretch. A big one at that.
Oh by the way, Pokemon is both singular and plural. There is no such thing as a "Pokemons". One Pokemon=Pokemon. Multiple Pokemon=Pokemon. Its like Fish or Deer.
