Probably, I'm having a bit of a blonde moment here. Even though I'm a KS veteran I should know this answer, I should still be eligible for the SG rewards if I pledge $305+ right?

I'm not so sure about that - it should be an option, but I don't think they've gone with a TOTAL X gets you Y - it looks to be tied to specific pledge levels...

So is anyone here thinking how awesome it would be to use the Iron Empire ladies as the Enforcers in Deadzone?

I have been posting as much Raging Heroes stuff as I can ! I will be posting some of the Sci-fi blood vestals. Actually, at least one of them is in their opening video!

I'd say give them a moment or two to catch up and do "damage control"

I think they even stopped unlocking stuff pretty quickly. For being an update for being 15 times the target, I think a more substantial stretch would be appropriate, so hopefully when they catch up, they can do a mega update saying everything that's gotten unlocked, and adding a nice freebie stretch.

I would rather see an update with what it has been unlocked so far and at what point.

Busy doing what? For all the time they spent they should have this KS planned out to $10million. There's nothing to "do" till it completes and they get the money other than to maybe tell the sculpturs "Yup, you guys are gonna need to get on it."

For how long this one was delayed, they should be 'ready'.

Perhaps having meetings figuring out what other stretch goals they want to have. Perhaps picking their collective jaws off the floor?

I get that they may not have pretty graphics ready for everything. That's absolutely fine. I also would completely understand being in a bit of shock after seeing this thing explode and not wanting to say anything they'd regret out of excitement. It's been 4 hours though, the initial 'Holy sweet god' has hopefully dulled a little bit... they should be able to function.

And, they *have* been functioning. They've been editing and adding pledge levels, and they've been updating the main page. Is it really that much more work to send out an update than it is to edit the main page though? I hope that they start running a bit tighter ship before too long, and I have every expectation that they will, but boy they're not instilling much confidence in me right now.

But it does confirm that it is indeed RH doing it and not an impostor....

My only concern is that they aren't opening up nearly as many of the models as they probably should have for being nearly at 200k. Honestly, this should have opened every single hero and probably the other items they have up. At least based on their initial numbers.

I mean there were only 27 blacked out silouettes to start. That's only around 117k for all of them based on the first three stretch goals. So maybe all but 2-3 of them with the updates they've done on the heavies and suport weapons?

I'm really hoping they aren't going to start "stretching" after the initial rush. Instead of following what they likely had originally planned.

Unprepared for the confusion the initial pledges had, the mess of the additional wrong earlybirds did, the thing getting out of control and probably how kickstarter works from what I have heard it does not allow certain things to be edited, either after some time or at all and of course the swarm of messages that were asking for many things.

Should they have been prepared for it, I do not know I am willing to let them go on this one, its an experience I have not witnessed from the other side but seems to be a bit difficult, I am patiently waiting for a collective update to be posted.

Before i go trawling through the 50 pages of forum traffic on this, does anyone know if there were any pics of the minis next to fw krieg guardsmen?

I saw a couple of them towering over a marine which is a bit of a turn off.

The artillery crews and heavy infantry are probably larger stretch goals than the individual heroines just because they involve more miniatures. Someone in the KS estimated (using $5k per heroine and $15-20k per artillery/heavy) that there are roughly $60,000 of stretch goals left unaccounted for (although the upgrades need to be counted in that $60k as well.) It *seems* like the stretch goals aren't being padded excessively, but who knows.

You can prepare as much as possible, but training to land on an aircraft carrier and then doing it for the first time are somewhat different. It takes a lot of extra time to deal with the very clumsy interface that is KS. The way they make you do your text, add images, etc., is very tough. It is very easy to make a small mistake Also, once things get going, and you add stuff, the interface is even harder to use!

I wish it had improved, but it remains pretty much the same...

And so it begins, only really wanted the necropiestess but ended up pledging for lieutenant. Whoops!

I have no issues in general, but I was surprised with the system they had in place, that they only had the three stretches listed. You would have thought they would have had everything blanked out listed as stretches ready to go.

Just have the same blanked out art or question mark in the stretch goal holder.

Just got a confirmation that they will be adding my idea as a pledge lvl, just waiting to hear from them about if the freebies would be added to it as is tge captain lvl onwards.

They worked several months nonstop on this project. Now give them a few hours to celebrate the success and get sober again. Sheesh!

KS limits the number (& size of images) and amount of text on the main page which is why some of the other big projects have had issues

(and I've no direct evidence of this but I suspect this is not clear until something fails to load up proppely)

I suspect part of the problem may be they have hit that already with their image heavy start so everything will need to be re-edited, they'll need to decide what images to keep & what to drop etc
