So this is my Idea for a tz army I played something close to this where the lvl 2 was nurgle and the halberdiers were mok with a different banner.

Side note this is for a 4x4 table

Haha my warriors list 1.0 was a smashing success.

I may not post pics since my camera is not functioning properly so I will most likely be using my phone and I will definitely include all the bloody details.

Ps I am still assembling the last few things of my army and waiting for 5 more lances to arrive to i can build my halberd warriors and just finishing the last 20 odd warriors.

You have no idea how sad I was :( But ya by the time we play everything will hopefully be built and primed but built for sure. I promise ill post the bat rep as soon as I can after the game.

I love WoC, I was going to start them for my first fantasy army, but went with the Lizzies

I looked at lizards too but then one of my friends showed off his and ya after I saw the paint job I just decided well then mine will look terrible compared to those (since I dont paint at a level that is that much above table top quality).

That and the lord on disc and the jugger rider are sick models and ts cheaper

But still I want to play this game arg.

Last game were I had a bit more of a mix and match pretty much 10 marauders and 18 khorne halberdiers only got into combat. The hellcannon shot and the sorcerers cast magic and well then the game ended

Shame

It was quite a shame :( he just ran away from everything else :( but this time round it will hopefully be better

Any thoughts about the list?

I really ilke the look of this army. I imagine it is very competive and looks cool. I like the characer builds a lot, and think those warrior blocks are perfect, assuming that you really can't throw in one disposable unit of khornate psychos for the amusment of the raven god...


It could just be my luck, but I have really bad luck with hell cannons. I know you have a puppet, but wouldn't you consider the hell cannons a serious liability seing as you have invested in 2 casters?

How do you find one block of knights so small? Is it able to do much? I have had mixed results with one fat block of knights, and I know a guys who is running to 5 man units and he loves them. I'm curious to know how this unit plays for you. Are you running down war machines or mages? Do you hold them back as a counter charge to support a warrior block? I can see where getting the big + to combat res in a 2nd turn could turn a game....

It looks like a fun list, let us know how it goes.

It has changed a little from this but the main idea is the same boss salvage gave me some good pointers.

Knights well 1 game they rolled snake eyes for every charge and never got into combat very disappointing but when they make it into cc well the units get torn up pretty bad especially a flank or rear charge.

Um Hoping I get to try out the new list this weekend but who knows.
