The only thing I would change are the eyes. Im not sure why but the pure white.....just....dosent work. Or does it?
Head on it actually does but with the side views Im less convinced. However Im not sure how one could change it!

I don't like how white the teeth are. They could be less bright in person, but in the photos, they look like they could be toned down a bit, as they draw the eye away from an otherwise amazing model.

I would paint the eyes red, or green or some such colour, that would really stand out from the rest of the model. As it is, i kinda think the eyes just fade into the carapace...

Your cel-shaded style of painting is just making my Tyranids green with envy. My only suggestion would be to *maybe* paint pupils on the eyes of this monster, but it still looks cool without them!
