Sorry to sound harsh but these are a bit of a mess... Here are the points i have found after 5 mins (i am no expert). First off why is making them a squad an excuse to make them cheaper?! First dude is too cheap and without any explanation packs both toughness and Initiative 4. Ninja guy should be about 60-80 points and is OP with hit on 3+ and wound on 2+, one or the other. The paralysis rule is odd, pinning has no effect in close combat. tiny: If they are a squad then why is he slow and purposeful? Plus move through cover and slow and purposeful is something of a strange combination! Sarge: The most realistically costed guy here, even so; guardsmen don't have Initiative 4! Final point if you want to make them a squad everyone should have 1 wound, possibly 2 for the sergeant. They aren't monstrous creatures! Second of all a Unique squad should have the following template: Sarge 1 piece of fancy wargear, 2 decent stats, 1 special rule. Squadmembers: 1 decent stat 1 fancy piece of wargear OR special rule. This way it remains fun but not horrendously confusing.

First off why is making them a squad an excuse to make them cheaper?!
I originally planned for the characters to be in a squad. they are going to cost more, I just planned them on my phone, and like I said, this is the basic structure. Not the whole thing.
First dude is too cheap and without any explanation packs both toughness and Initiative 4.
Same thing as above
Ninja guy should be about 60-80 points and is OP with hit on 3+ and wound on 2+, one or the other. The paralysis rule is odd, pinning has no effect in close combat.
Pinning has no effect in CC? oh...
tiny: If they are a squad then why is he slow and purposeful? Plus move through cover and slow and purposeful is something of a strange combination!
They aren't a squad, I added the Special rule later. and to cover my mistake, let's assume he goes faster in cover
Sarge: The most realistically costed guy here, even so; guardsmen don't have Initiative 4!
These aren't regular guardsmen... they are ''Realistic'' stormtroopers (Realistic marines would have an Initiative of 5 I presume)
Final point if you want to make them a squad everyone should have 1 wound, possibly 2 for the sergeant. They aren't monstrous creatures!
Again... my first reply

why is this here when he has poisened (2+) weapons? Typo?
Martial Arts: Yakamoto always wounds on a 3+ unless, the enemy model has a Ws of a 6 or more.
God-damn this quote system!

Still doesn't explain this:
sluggaslugga wrote:I originally meant them to be in a squad, so the point cost is low
Dont put points costs if you know before you post that they are bunk.
I would start off by increasing the points costs, for example sly Marbo is 65 points, Harker is 55 (1 wound) and Bastonne (1 wound) is 60, go from there, How do your guys compare? What do the characters from the codex do for the points etc.
Finally Alot of the special rules are a bit strange/confusing. A starter would be to rethink the ninja, the stat line/wargear is okay but the special rules are strange, replace them with an wych invulnerable save?

To be honest, I had a brief skim over the rules and I can immediatly see that this simply wouldn't work. Having 5 different characters in one unit would be so confusing: you would have to keep constantly flicking back to their rules, checking "which guy had this wargear", "which guy was WS5" etc.

This is definitive fan-wankery.
I suggest playing in a Kill Team campaign with experience and advancement if you want to see squads like this. This has no place in a 40K game.
