Looks pretty tight. No holes.
Nice Nurgle list, only thing that seems out of place is Kharn and the 5xTac squad. But I'm guessing that's a personal preference thing.
I personally don't like running HQ's that dont have eternal warrior in this melta/rocket/force weapon dominated environment, and might swap Karn out for a lash DP and the tacs for Berserkers, but it doesn't necessarily fit the theme you've got going.

I'd drop Kharne, the Pred and the CSM squad for another DP and another squad of Plague Marines. A single Prince at 1850 can be targeted down early and easily. Then I'd break the Oblit squads into 3 groups of 2.
Solid list other than that.

Drop Kharn, use a second DP with lash and wings. i dont like predator's but if you like them it's ok. you can still leave the predator out and go on with putting a second melta on your 5 man CSM squad and also use 1 Termicide, only for 105 pts.
Other than that warp-prince and plagues make the list solid, as also with the Oblis.
