I have to go to wales now and climb bloody huge mountains. unfortunately I haven't quite finished another merc and probably wont till I get back next week. But maybe there will be some fluff while I'm in wales - Maybe.

No cheese on toast (does cheese in a pitta bread count?) yet but as its my birthday we are going for takeaway curry.

I'm older - it sucks. Apparently I'm meant to have ambition and goals in life.

Car is going to be scrapped. No more car. I will have to catch the bus along with all the old people, teenagers and skag heads. With the price of petrol on the rise I need a land yacht.

Lots of mountains have been climbed (well 2 anyway) and I miss painting and models a bit. I will be sure to go nuts and paint loads when I get back.

Thankyou all for your kind messages of birthdayness. Curry will be sought out and devoured. I like lamb madras myself. But basically any curry will do so long as its not vindaloo or phaal (cos I'm just not that hardcore). I will eat a raw chilli for a dare but I draw the line at making a meal so hot that I can't taste it.

Anyone scrapped a car recently? I reckon £100 is a good price but I have just had new tires so I'm hoping to squeeze a little extra ££ out of em for that.

Really want some of those new cultists from GW - gotta resist the temptation till nearer xmass. They will be cheaper given time - get some smeared in paint by some halfwit child and they will be cheaper for sure!!

Ebay is completely flooded with them atm for about 1.20 each if you buy 10. But thats kinda put me off because everyone will have them and I like to be a bit more exclusive than that (lead snob that I am).

Lamb is appropriate for wales and our curry did have lamb in it. Our meal was slightly disturbed by the bloody border police dragging half the staff out for questioning.

Unfortunately none of my models are older than me. They get close.

Bathday!!?? Hopefully bathday happens more than once a year dysartes. But its the thought that counts.

Mr monkeytroll no never I am terrified of heights. Utterly shamefully terrified. I even get worried when other people go close to a cliff. My kind of climbing envolves stout hiking boots, a walking staff and a rucksack full of pic-a-nick. More like hiking uphill than climbing.

We found some nice broken slate today which I will incorporate into bases and hopefully dioramas. Wales has lots of variety of basing materiels.

Only two more days of this wales malarky and then I can get back to miniature painting.

I just remembered to check back in. Wow, it's been a while since I was here. I'm glad to see the blog is still ongoing. I like the new paintjobs, but I worry that all the old colorful models will be redone as newer, less colorful models. Still... I do have to admit they look fantastic!

I can't wait to see the Inquisitor in terminator armor finished.

Hello there you guys. Now I know I said I would get right back to painting but the stress of returning to work and all the various paperwork I needed to get done to become an official pedestrian got in the way. No more car for me - they dragged it away in chains to be executed for its lead and copper content.

Got a new camera for my stupid birthday! 16megapixels!

I took some new photos of old minis to illustrate the new depth I can get without pesky pixels showing too much.

Dolf "maximum" Maxamillian. Dolf likes to have the maximum rate of fire, hence his nickname. His other hobbies include grunting enigmatically, giving people the 1000 yard stare and scowling. While the other mercenaries believe Dolf to be nothing but a mindless combat animal he in fact has hidden depths. He is wracked with complex emotions over his dead PDF comrades and family. His planet was wiped out by the Imperium after they were deemed to have been corrupted by zenos. Dolf now has a grudge against the universe and hopes to loose himself in heavy gunfire and bloodshed.
