I mean night lords has raised some interesting arguements, and has changed me from being certain he couldn't to not sure. However this guy is not doing much to persuede me, he's just delibrately trying to piss people off.

The SM, CSM, and other entries in the Ork codex all have cases that would prevent me from doing this - The nob painboy, however, does not. Unless you can give me the page # ofcourse, which would be great.

Im following the rules as written. I purchase 10 nobs. I upgrade all of them to heavy armour. Wait, I want a painboy. "One Nob may be a painboy" -> "Painboy replaces S&C for DT and S". Ok, I still have heavy armour. Very simple.
