Gwar, it says that the entire mob may be upgraded to bikers, or the entire mob may be given stikkbombs, because these things won't work if only a few models have them. there are no rules for dealing with half of a squad using grenades, so you can't give only half the squad grenades. and bikes would be useless if only half the mob used them, because the mob moves at the speed of the slowest member. thus, mobs are only allowed to be NOB bikers if they all take bikes. the only reason you are clinging to these flimsy arguments is that you cant handle it when someone proves you wrong

Going by Gwar’s groupies hypocritical logic of mystery, if a warboss takes nobz as a troop choice and everyone except the painboy dies that painboy can’t capture an objective because he is no longer a nob.

I can attach a warboss on a bike to a unit on foot and it still works.

The entire mob is regarded as a troop selection. You're grasping at straws.

yes but he's an independent character and can join/leave squads. nobs are stuck in their mob and can't just leave. sry if I'm misunderstanding your post though.

You guys need to agree to disagree. No one here is going to change the others mind. Everyone will play the damn rule how they view it.

the painboy may have a new profile, but he can still buy the stuff BEFORE he becomes a painboy. That way he gets to keep everything but the s/c and gets the tools and syringe.

There are no rules in the 40k rulebook stating this. Since there is no rulebook for life, I guess you very well could if you wanted to. However, Im asking for the page number where you read that last passage. Can you give it to me please?

My point is that the bike still works. Maybe not with all of the bells and whistles but it still has benefits.
