Everybody knows the Space Marines are the strongest force the Imperium can bring to a fight, but would it be possible for any of the xenos, the well known ones or the less known ones to go through a similiar process to become genetically enhanced warriors or even if any of them do gentically enhance their soldiers already to a similiar level of the space marines.
Obviously there are no xeno primarchs, but they have their own leaders they could get a "type" of geneseed from or some may be able to artificially create DNA for the process.
They wouldn't be exactly the same as the Imperium's space marines but possibly very similiar.

Tyranids have Warriors, which are the same thing. Orks have anything Nobs or better, too (It's a natural part of Orkoid growth-- the entire race is a living weapon with far better design than that of the Marines).

I suppose what I meant was do these enhanced warriors stand apart from others in the race or it is a process that isn't natural, eg: the space marines. They can choose or be chosen to undergo the process.

I hardly call what Space Marines go through voluntary. It's like saying a nine year old who signs a contract to be slave labor for the rest of their life did so voluntarily. Except instead of signing contract they're made to kill eachother and then undergo gruesome surgeries, they're drugged with a veritable cocktail of chemicals, hormones, steroids, and hypnotized into acting properly for their new life.

So your asking do other races have supper soldiers?
Off the top of my head, I can't really think of too much. Maybe cyborks. They replace there body parts with robot parts, but that's not really out of the way too odd for orks.

I never heard anything about warp spiders being enhanced in any way...
Anyway, yeah there are other bio-genetic monstrosities, but not all of them are on the same level of marines and most of them don't have anything in common with their method of creation

So it's not just the Imperium that are genetically enhancing certain warriors.
To me it seems stupid that the space marines are the best the Imperium has to offer, yet no other races have tried to copy or create a process similiar to this to make themselves more successful.
We already know that other species have battled them thousands of times so surely they would have discovered the secrets of a space marine and tried to make them themselves, unless i'm missing something completely obvious.

Consider also that aside from the Tau, the other codex species are all either technologically superior to the IoM or don't much care about advancing tech.

That's quite arguable. The Imperium's technology is, in many ways, superior to Tau technology. Tyranid genetic/biological technology is advanced, but they still limit themselves solely to biological tech, while the Imperium dose both. And of course it's all dedicated to making sure they're able to eat the next planet. Orks have wildly advanced technology, but at the same time, it's all dedicated to war for war's sake. Eldar technology is probably superior in most ways, but it often requires psychic power to actually utilize, being an elegant lump of bone in anyone else's hands. Necron tech is undoubtedly superior, though.

Yup Imperial tech is far more superior then tau I know it doesn't look like it but it does, just look at the land raider looks like a stupid tank doesn't it, till you realize it houses space marine squad a room for weapons a prayer room and communication area as well as having an engine that runs of basically any material (you can use alien body parts as fuel or wood) and its designed to survive almost all hostile environments even in space (yea a land raider can drive around on an asteroid if it wanted to)

In much the same way lots of Ork equipment shouldn't work because of the laws of physics...
There are theories on it though.

It's only the really high tech stuff that works despite the Imperium not thinking it should.
Sure, they've found Ork weapons that have no moving parts, but technically speaking, we have the ability to create such a weapon today using modern science.

Yeah, the orks are highly, but unconciously psychis, and if they believe the Red ones go fasta, then they do.If they believe they will be able to fire their gun, even tough the is no firing pin, then it somehow does.

Orks aren't "highly" psychic. Only weirdboyz are powerful psykers, not the common boy. The common boy merely produces a gestalt psychic field. It's only combined with a large number of Boyz that it really starts to have an effect-- the primary effect is actually psychological on the Ork's side, in fact.

So did I. People overplay the psychic part of Orks, when it really rarely actually gets mentioned in the lore because it's not actually as big a deal as people make it out to be. The primary effect of the Orkoid gestalt psychic field is psychological. There are other minor effects such as the Orkoid color system, but in general Ork technology works without Ork presence, excepting only the most high tech gadgets. It's just that in most cases the tech works BETTER in the hands of Orks-- an Ork weapon in a human hands jams often in all manner of ways, has bullet feed problems, etc... and probably injures its user (as it's not designed for humans to begin with, so it has a kick that would give a mule envy) too to compoundthe problems. But in the hands of an Ork, it never jams, it never seems to run out of bullets, etc (the fact that Orks have to enslave humans to build ammunition shows that they do need a supply of ammo, though).

I think what OP meant is can any other race genetically enhance their warriors to Space Marne level...
There is no need for other races to do that. Eldar can live VERY long and as they get older so do their fighting, Orks get evolution to cover this, Tyranids to. Necrons were given that by the C'Tan, Dark Eldar are same as Eldar. Tau are using tech instead cybernetics etc...
The answer would be yes, but they don't use it because they already have some alternative.

Tyranids and other minor Alien civilizations basically. Tyranids bio-engineer stuff that can compare with anything in use by other races except perhaps Necrons, they even got bio-engineered FTL travel.
Dunno what this stuff about the Tau having lesser technology than the Imperium is about though. That may have been true once but the Tau have a much better grasp on their technology than the Imperium. The lighter Tau vehicles are due to doctrinal differences (more modern doctrines at that), and while a Land Raider can run on just about anything, I don't think Tau vehicles even need fuel on a regular basis.
The Tau Derail gun is strong.

There are two reason for this. One SM tech or the tech needed to make a SM is really really advanced. The IoM can't even make it. Good thing it's self propagating. (Heck I don't even think the nids could make a geanseed)
Next, a lot of sides have troops that are comparable to a SM in power, they just don't segregate them to there own knightly orders. A tau batltesuit is a challenge to SM, but a battlesuit is just a battlesuit it's treated as anything mystical.
