Utilizing Careful Highlighting
Finland... the country next to Sweden? No! That's Norway! Finland is to the east! No! That's Russia!

Im trying out a new SM army called the... actually I'll make a thrad when I'm done.
anyways, I need help on making a warm toned yellow armour wothout the use of an Airbrush.
Suggestions?

There are a number of ways to paint great looking yellows. If you want a warmer tone your best bet it going from back through brown using golden yellow highlighted with sunburst (if you're using GW colours).

The part about yellow is at the end of the guide. It gives a basic idea on what you wanna do  Hope that helps.

Prime them grey then two slightly thinned coats of tau Sept orange followed by a watered down mix of black and brown wash and highlight with golden yellow .

Prime white paint yellow.

Every time I hear "in my opinion" or "just my opinion" makes me want to strangle a puppy. People use their opinions as a shield that other poeple can't critisize and that is bs.

If unable to prime white, then this is the answer. If you don't have the yellow foundation though, you can lay down a light grey instead and then start your yellow layers over that. The grey should give good coverage and a nice light tone for the yellow to start over.
