50-60 metres. People will claim that they are even larger but the apoc datasheets as well as the numbers given by Forgeworld's IA favour smaller titan sizes.

If you own a reaver titan, why would you be asking about having "heard" about titans.

Emperor is not that big

The meaning of victory is not merely to defeat your enemy but destroy him, to completely eradicate him from living memory, to leave no remnant of his endeavors, to crush utterly his achievement and remove from all record his every trace of existence. From that defeat no enemy can ever recover. That is the meaning of victory.

Many races have titans, not only the Imperium. Eldar have their weird skinny guys, chao has Titans too, but they're the same as Imperium Titans, only more daemonic, Nids have bio-titans. They're all basically massive things the size of building., I think the Emperor-class Titan is the size of the Empire State building.

Sigh... I have plans on buying a titan, but I don't know which. I both play Eldar and CSM, so nearly anyone would be quite fitting to buy. Anyone here who found a particular titan particularly fun to put together and paint?

All titans are a large, long term modelling project. However, I have heard that Warhounds are a nightmare to build due to the large quantity of leg parts. But still, any titan is going to take you time. Pick one you like the look of.

That's the thing, I like all four (Chaos Reaver, Chaos warhound, revenant, phantom), though my friend has a usual warhound, so I guess I should be a bit different.

Dies Irae, probably the most famous Imperator, stood 55 meters tall. The ESB is 442 meters tall. That's roughly eight times as tall.

Where do people get all these insane measurements from anyway?

Last I looked IA doesn't state that Imperators stand 400+ meters tall, though I might be wrong...

Emporer Titens do not exist because neither of those things are words.

The Imperial Armor books also say that the Land Raider's armor is equivalent to 4 inches of steel, aka worse than modern tank armor, because the Forgeworld guys were reading WWII books when they decided 4 inches of steel was enough to stop guns that fired the concentrated power of the sun.

The first Imperial Armour book was the only one which stated the rather odd amount of armour for Imperial tanks. All others refrain from such statements.
Stoping guns that fire the "concentrated power of the sun" is just an idiotic statement. You should be ashamed
Otherwise both IA and the Apoc datasheets are quite consistent when it comes to the hight of the titans they describe, which means that titans range from roughly 12-15metres to roughly 55-60 metres, depending on their class, extra equipment ( missile pod on the Reaver for example ) and posture.
