So I am looking to make a Rifleman dread, trying to figure out what the options are out there. I know there is the Aegis defense line turret, Forgeworld bits, or putting IG autocannons together. But I am guessing there are autocannon-y type things from non GW companies? Any of those any good for slapping onto dreads?

The best option in my eyes is the Aegis Defense Line, I believe from FW. At least that's how I'll build mine when I get around to it.

EDIT: I really should read the OP more often....

These are the only real other option that you haven't listed, so far as I know.
The Aegis defense line are the best choice in my opinion.

Bitspudlo makes a good set. They're not often in stock, but they keep Dakka updated on restocks in their News & Rumors thread Automatically Appended Next Post: Ninja'd...ish. There's their update thread though.

Old Crow make a very good line of RFAC barrels that might do the trick. You would have to convert your own arm mounts though.

If you're looking for scale then I believe that hatch coincidentally fits on a rhino.

The USS Orinoco was a Federation Danube-class runabout that was in service with Starfleet in the late 24th century, attached to Deep Space 9. It was outfitted with a sensor pod.

WW2 and/or toy soldier plastics. Especially the ones made in China. Seriously.
Raid your local toy store and look for those green men. See if their set comes with an autocannon big enough for a dreadnought. Buy it, cut it, then attach it to the missile launcher arm and a chopped off lascannon arm. Laugh and save a lot of money.
Or buy autocannon models out of WW2 models. Works too.
