I figured outflanking wasn't that big of a deal and I'm too fond of CT so I didn't use Khan.
There's a lack of long range AT but I figure moving 12" + shooting 12" with a Meltagun is enough to scare off Raiders/Wave Serpents/whatever.
Heavy Bolter bikes are just for support while the other units go after vehicles, and the Vindicators take out hordes.
Basically everything moves 12" forward 1st turn, pops smoke wherever it can and then on Turn 2 the pain begins.

Personally, I am not fond of attack bikes - especially with HB. I think you'd be better off with either MM, or replace them with Typhoon Land Speeders for the long range missile launchers. Also, outflanking a few bikes squad might be a nasty surprise, especially with their meltaguns... So Kor'Sarro Khan could be nice for me, and he'd add a bit of punch to one of the bikes squad (furious charge, hit&run, Moonfang). Not much experience with bikes however, so don't take it for "higher wisdom"...

I really would pop multi meltas on those Attack Bikes as those are your ranged anti armour. The heavy bolters are just meh.

I would be tempted to put Multimelta on the Attack Bikes, and maybe get some gear on the Captain (relic blade and storm shield work great) and a command squad. Combat Tactics help keep your bikes alive, so I could stick with the Captain.

You have to stick with the Captain anyway as he lets bikers be troops.

I owuld trade out one or two units of the Attack Bikes for Landspeeder Typhoons. You could use the turn 1 punch they can provide at range. And the Attack Bikes really need MM to be effective. All you regular bike squads have twin linked bolters so they are good for most infantry.
I would take Khan as well. With His special bike he still makes Bikes Troops and provides a lot more options and some strong CC tactics.
