I wandered on this site whilst browsing over pictures of Chaos Space Marine, Emperor's Children colour schemes, ideas, weapon packs, etc.
Some of the conversions I saw on here are amazing.

My name's Mike. I've just re-taken up 40k. I was once a collector of Tyranids in their crazy alien destructive glory. However, I'm back on the scene and this time I've brought with me some Chaos Space Marines. Deciding to take the Slaanesh route, (Maybe i just like bewbs?) I've bought some Daemonettes to act as lesser Daemons, I bought a Daemon Prince, 20 Chaos Space Marines & a Terminator Lord.

I plan on playing around with some conversions at a later date, building up a second Daemon prince from tyranid parts and some old fantasy chaos stuff. I literally have tons of spare claws, spikes, teeth like bits from Tyranid parts that I think would complement a Slaanesh based chaos army greatly.

So to put a list of what I've got so far:

20 CSM
10 Lesser Daemons
1 Daemon Prince
1 Chaos Terminator Lord/Sorcerer (Magnetizing the lord into a sorcerer via interchangeable weapons probably)

Now, have a few questions. I'm definitely going down the EC route, I love the colour's the chapter's history, their relationship with the chaos gods. I was wondering if I should definitely use most of, if not, all of my marines as Noise Marines rather than the alternatives.

I am fairly new to the Space Marine side of the game, so throwing in chaosy daemons, icons, spells and things seems abit daunting to me. (Being a novice.. consider me a new player, if you will, for the moment.)

My friend is putting together a team of Space Marines, He won't tell me what he's building, nor will i tell him. I want a 1,000pt army to slaughter him with, eventually expanding into a 2,000pt army. Do you have any tips, in my case, specifically, to counter whatever my friend is likely to field.

E.g. what is commonly used by space marine players to kill chaos, and what should i use to counter them?
Also, Any tips on conversion ideas, painting schemes, what units and what to equip them.

Does anyone have any advice for a novice like me?
So many questions, so little time. Somewhat CHAOTIC... Sorry if not much of it makes sense.

well I would make him into a sorc and use him in any games where your not using to DPs lol

that being said the blissgiver is an awesome weapon so maybe stick him in a unit of termys with a termy sorc for a death star
