Is it possible to create Eldar of Dark Eldar Genestealer Cult?
And what's about Orks, Tau and Kroot?

Do not read this as fact, but I would say no. Psykers are pretty common in eldar society, and something like a tyranid in there ranks would be noticed because of it's shadow in the warp.

Kroot shapers smell Genestealer taint, tainted Kroot are killed on sight, so extremely unlikely.

Orks don't reproduce sexually or even have the capacity to produce offspring like the other races so I would imagine that the gene stealers wouldn't be able to use them as hosts, Not to mention the ork psyche doesnt have any form of fammilial or parental aspects so they certainly wouldnt wish to care for or protect the freak child even if it could be produced.

Incorrect on Ork vulnerability. They can and have been infected by Genestealers. See 4th edition Tyranid Codex, where it describes how Kryptman sent Genestealers into the Ork empire of Octarius to lure Hive Fleet Leviathan there. It describes how the Genestealer infestation had spread right across the empire, even though the original group was destroyed. Thus Genestealers can still infect Orks.

Orks can be infected. Sure, thy probably won't take care of the new Orks, but then again Orks basically grow to maturity in like a couple days or something, so they wouldn't really need to be taken care of.

Eldar, as stated above, can probably detect the 'stealers, same as Kroot, but I don't think the Tau themselves have any defense against them, nor can I find anything to lead me to believe DE are immune or protected.

Most likely yes, but it would probably be discovered very quickly due to the Eldar Psychic talents.

Definately yes, unless someone gets suspicious as to why they aren't visiting their Haemonculus.

Definately yes; it's how Kryptman diverted Hivefleet Leviathan into the Ork empire Octarius .

No reason why they shouldn't be able to, however the society that they live in may prompt investigation into the rapid change in behaviour for the infected. Also, I'm unsure as to the regularity of medical check-ups which may expose someone who is infected.

Kroot?

Likely possible again, but as stated, they detect and kill infected Kroot.

Well, and what can you say about Space Marines? Is it theoretically possible to infect them?

Genestealers can definitely infect orks, eldar and kroot, highly unlikely

Tyranids also don't have sexes - they're most likely parthenogenetic. I suppose Genestealers adapt to reproduction type of infected organisms.

There is a difference between infect (creating an intense bond between genestealer and those infected) and producing an actual typical cult.

All fluff about genestealer reproduction outside of hives is through the manipulation of the sexual reproduction of other species, so while any race may be suseptable to the first stage of a genestealer's reproductive cycle only those that reproduce sexually would be able to make genestealer hybrids.
