er... i wanted to move to canada for quite a long time too...do they have green cards there too?... i can even speak a bit french too...

as for your car ideas... have you considered working with other materials to make your master copy for the cars? like wood? it would shape up to curves far easier than plastic and you have more control over the sanding... and since you work or better can work with preworked shaped wooden
rods you could really make that work quite good...no bending involved...

Don't forget to contact me before you move to Canada, you'll need some basic skills in chinese. Canada is the No.1 emigration country for the chinese.
A friend of mine who's canadian/jamaican regularly complains that many ATM machines in Canada have a chinese UI rather than a french one.

Well he's in one of my chinese classes now.
