I have always wanted an all biker army. My fiance has always wanted to convert/paint a full Nurgle army. So we decided to start a "count as " vanilla marines Nurgle biker army. There is a tournament in February I want to debut the army at and I really hope we finish in time.

So, I decided to let everyone enjoy the ride as much as we are. I am very, very proud of all the work she has done so far and I hope she gets rewarded for all the hours she has already spent let alone how much time finishing will take.

I have really enjoyed playing with it while it's still a WIP. I've won 2 RTT with it and played it all through ARD BOYZ. I don't really like scaling it down below 1850 as I feel it looses too much below that.

I'm possibly looking for a partner for the Battle for Supremacy if you know anyone who might be interested....

thanks! She has really enjoyed this project alot. I'd catch her giggling outloud about how gross it was gonna look when she'd finished this model or that one. I'm really prod oher work on this, it is our first real fully converted army and her first time working with GS.

I find that your conversions are very daring and ambitious. It's always fun to read topics where artists try to do a major project and something different then painting and assembling "by the book". But - and yes, as you write it's not completely finished models. When painting chaotic miniatures, it is easy that the "sloppy" feeling you want to recreate gives a "sloppy" impression. I think that the miniatures would need more contrast, currently the colors is flowing together a little bit too much.

Good luck with the project, i hope we will get the opportunity to see more pictures soon.

Loking pretty good. I like all that green

What did you use to make the darker, wet looking effect? I'd like to suggest giving the tentacles a bit more of that stuff, to tie it in a bit more with the rest of the vehicle. As it is now, they don't quite atach to the bike... color wise. Tho, coming from the warp, that might be perfect. Ah, well...

Very nice work, all around.

The "wet" dark runny green is tamiya clear green. It's really thick, they have it in several different colors....the red is amazing.

I sure did!!! I think there are 4 of playing this time from the Jackson area. 1 Bug army, 1 BA, 1 DE and myself. Oh yeah, and Grant with his Catachans and possibly 1 more. So, looks like maybe 6. I'm ready....I hope. We have an 1850 point tourney tomorrow and I hope to do a battle report if I can freakin remember to take pics each turn.......why is that so hard to do?

Cool! Just checking. Since we almost doubled our capacity but sold out in HALF the time this year (WOOT!) I was worried you guys missed the boat.

I'm bringing the Night Lords this year so Best Army is anybody's to win! Grant's Cats are definitely one to watch out for.
