I love the reaver models and came up with an idea of an HQ choice based on them. Naming and point costs aren't my strengths so opinnions and suggestions are very welcome.
Arena Grand ChampionPoints:80
WS 5 BS 5 S 3 T 3(4) W 2 I 6 A 3 Ld 9 Sv 5+
Unit type: Bike (Eldar Jetbike)
Special Rules: Night Vision
Power from Pain
Skilled Rider
Champion of the Arena
Independent Character
Options: May replace close combat weapon with:
-Venom Blade for 5 points
-Power weapon for 10 points
-Agoniser 20 points
May replace jetbike's splinter rifle with:
-Heat lance for 12 points
-Blaster for 15 points
May choose one of the following:
-Grav-talon for 10 points
-Cluster caltrops for 20 points
Champion of the Arena: Taking the Grand champion allows taking reaver units of at least 5 models as troop choices (and therefore makes those units scoring)
Any input appriciated!
EDIT: Points adjusted and the name for the scoring reavers rule changed.

One thing, overall great, but you really need to boost the points up. Im not a dark eldar player but an HQ of only 60pts is pretty cheap. Going by that, I would say at least double (120pts), but Im not totally sure!
Ork Snakebites: 2500pts
Ultramarines: 2000pts
Skaven: 2000pts
Galadhrim Elves: 1500pts
Sanguinary Novitiate of the Blood Angels 4th Company
1: Points cost should be around 80-95pts
2: The Rule allowing Reavers as Scoring troops should be 'Champion of the Arena' 3: Can only join Reavers units
The biggest indicator someone is a loser is them complaining about 3d printers or piracy.

Champion of the arena sounds like a good name. Thank you for that.

Why not go the Space Marine Codex route and allow a Succubus to take a Reaver Jetbike for 25 or 30pts, remove the Invulnerable save, in that case take Haywire Grenades, Wych Weapons, and the blast pistol off her equipment list to be replaced with Grav Talons or Cluster Caltrops at the cost listed in the Reavers section? Keep the Reaver squads as Troops rule, that seems fair.

I feel that Succubus stats are a bit too high for the job.

Or Roll once for the whole unit?
Must think about that.

You don't need to say Skilled Rider. IC have that, and MTC, as standard.
Automatically Appended Next Post: Otherwise good job. He seems fair. Just a Captain on Bike Equivilent. No outrageous special rules that give him 1000 bladevanes attacks.

I don't like outrageous. I wanted him to be usable without the opponent getting all mad about it being OP.

I'd be fine playing against an army based around this, while I know Reavers are dangerous they have the big weakness of not being very tough. This character has it's weaknesses and its strengths also a Succubus and Reaver Champion are two fairly different things, while Reavers fight in arenas along with Wyches they have far different fighting systems and it just would not be fluffy.
The biggest indicator someone is a loser is them complaining about 3d printers or piracy.
Coincidently, I just started work on a Reaver Special Character for my extended codex.
Spoiler:
It's a WIP points and gear / stats still in the air, the idea being he ascended through the reaver ranks, got his razorwing, made his way to the pinacle, but prefered the up-close-and-personal approach of the jetbike, so created a custom reaver around a Razorwwing engine (I intend to make the model out of a Venom chasis)
Skymaster special rule I'm unsure what it'll do yet. Probably a simple boost to reavers like make them fearless within X inches or something.
FO: HQ Squad: Eth Olrion Reaver Champion Unit: Eth Olrion, Points Per: 120, Models: 1, Unit Type: Bikes (Eldar Jetbikes), WS-6, BS-5, S-4, T-3(5), W-3, I-7, A-4(5), Ld-9, Sv-4+/5+*. Master of the Skies: Reaver Jetbikes become Troops choices. Wargear: Wychsuit Blast Pistol Power Weapon Combat Drugs Razorwing Jetbike - Twin-Linked Splinter Rifle Enhanced Bladevanes Grav Talon Cluster Caltrops Night Shields Flickerfield One Monoscythe Missile
Special Rules: - Relentless Night Vision Power from Pain Independent Character - Move Through Cover - Skilled Rider Deep Strike Aerial Assault Skymaster
Options: N/A
I also like the idea of a standard character for it, and would like to use this unit (name etc) in my extended codex (possibly with some changes).

If you wish to use my unit then sure. Just give me credit and inform me when it's done. I wish to see that dex.

It's still a WIP, TBH most of the codex is done in Excel and it's half done in the editing for PDFery. The biggest block currently is time available etc.

Ok, so this is my slightly modified version: Arena Grand Champion (Under Review)
Spoiler:
FO: HQ Squad: Arena Grand Champion Unit: Grand Champion, Points Per: 80, Models: 1, Unit Type: Bikes (Eldar Jetbikes), WS-5, BS-5, S-3, T-3(4), W-2, I-6, A-3(4), Ld-9, Sv-5+*. Champion of the Arena: Reaver Jetbikes of 5 or more models can be taken as Troops choices.
Special Rules: - Relentless Night Vision Power from Pain Champion of the Arena Independent Character - Move Through Cover - Skilled Rider
Options: May replace his jetbikes Splinter Rifle with: + Heat Lance 12 + Blaster 15 May replace his Splinter Pistol with: + Blast Pistol 15 May take one of the following: + Haywire Grenades 5 + Grav-Talon 10 + Cluster Caltrops 20 + Shadow Field 30
Grand Champion: The Arena Grand Champion is a true master of aerial combat, instinctively knowing when to avoid the fatal blow. The Arena Grand Champion has a 5+ invulnerable save.
I felt it needed mildly more options, and an invun save though feel free to correct me if I'm wrong.

Looks good to me. Not really sure is a 5+ or a 6+ invulnerable save a better option for it though. Hard to say.

5+/6+* would give a 1 in 6 chance of not going boom.. I suppose it would fit more with the fragile nature of the bike though, and make it worse than the special character.

Remember however that the invul save does not mean how good the armor is. The 5++ could mean just that the Grand Champion is extremely skilled at riding a Jetbike, and as such is very hard to hit.

Yes, and the skill and experience is what I was giving the 5+* off, but a 5+/6+* fits better as my Reaver Special Character that's meant to be significantly greater is a 4+/5+*
