Sure, as they don't have their own unique model. As Porkuslime said, just paint them a bit different or add a few spare bitz here and there. For example, give them different colour hair to your regular Wyches and perhaps add some stripes in there (I think I've seen bloodbrides with stripy hair). Another options is that if your Wyches have, say, blue armour and red hair, make the Bloodbrides have red armour and blue hair.

If you're more worried about distinguishing them completely from Wyches, then save up some bitz like spare spikes (I find the ones that belong on the Raider/Ravager good for this), skulls, chains etc and stick a few onto prominent places, like shoulders and belts.

My Bloodbrides all have white bodysuits, to show up the blood of their victims better.

If the thought of something makes me giggle for longer than 15 seconds, I am to assume that I am not allowed to do it.

Yeah id probably go some extra spiky bits and/or a slightly different variation of your colour scheme to differentiate them, that alone should be plenty.

Of course it makes sense. When there are a bunch of BDSM clowns doing Olympic gymnast routines throughout your unit, while also cutting off heads, you tend to get a bit distracted.
