Started with HE a month before 8ed came out. Saw an influx of HE players, so I am now putting together a dwarf themed army, and a regular lizardmen army.

Have some skaven left from IoB, and with the new megaforce I may start them next year. And I also can't seem to get VC out of my head, which would have been my first choice but there were more VC players than HE players at the time and I was a bit burned out on all the vampires everywhere. Still may try them though.

Yes, I seem to have trouble sticking to one army, have to play them all...

I started with a mixed Woc list in 7th and went to mostly tzeentch in 8th. but got bored, then i went to Skaven. currently 3k points in Woc and around 5500 points in Skaven

Ive collected high elves since 6th edition. But I have barly painted any...

I got the Skaven from IoB, and Im getting some more in a trade
Coupled with the mega force this christmas, (and maybe a couple select purchases) I should have a sizeable army

Ogre Kingdoms easily, I love their style of run in fast and hit hard, got a bit of everything in my army and starting to buy up some Rhinox Riders, their expensive as hell but their deadly

Their kinda like Orcs but more reliable and are generally bigger and faster

Woc and Ogres.

5k+ of Woc. 3k ish ogres.

Both are good times.

i have about 6000 points of dark elves.

Lizardmen, i just loove the models especially the monsters.

I love horde armies. All the tactic I have wired in my brain are based around horde armies. But I play dwarfs...

I play Beastmen and have 6.5k of them. Yes, its a large army

Warriors of Chaos and Ogre Kingdoms,


This about sums up why I love ogres.

Played Chaos back in 5th ed. had about 6K worth but got out of the hobby for awhile
Currently have about 3500 worth of skaven about 40% painted and several other smaller armies

I started with Skaven, but they weren't quite what I thought they were, so I started Beastmen and I love them. I love they way they look and the way they play. I am contemplating starting Ogres as well, but I mostly just play my beasts.

and planning on VC in January and Empire after that.

Dark Elves have always been my main force, I love the fragile but deadly units, and the fluff is the best in WFB!

Also had WoC (Slaanesh) and VCs, but they fell by the wayside once I realised I just enjoyed Dark Elves more.

I have an SOC Dwarf Slayer army as well, but it wasn't on the poll.

Ogres, an army based around a bunch of huge guys that just eat all the time. Makes me laugh every game.

In order of first to most recent:
Lizardmen, WoC (Tzeentch since before it was almost mandatory), High Elves (Tickles-less)

Used to play HoC, then BoC came so I began with them too (at that time they could ally). Then it split into WoC and Beastmen, I have quite a lot of each kind, not exactly sure how much.

Orcs and goblins for me, though i've only played a single game :(

I mostly play Skaven, because they're painted and so tournament legal (and playing with unpainted stuff makes me sad). I've recently returned to my Warriors of Chaos, but I'm not even rebuilt to 2500, let alone painted beyond four warriors And I still have my Ogres, which while painted to about ~1800 I'm not quite ready to rebuild and paint more of, despite the new book. I think, maybe I'll let the warriors sit and do up yet more ogres? But at six years old the paint scheme is certainly lacking

Started with Skaven, buying a bunch of stuff around 6th edition but never actually assembling or playing anything. When 8th edition and IoB hit my group finally made the plunge. Love my skaven; don't win very often, but I love my skaven.

I also have a Beastmen force going, as I wanted something fairly different from my skaven. I've only played with them twice (granted, I've only played my skaven about a dozen times, tops...) but they're tough to use well when you're starting out.

I've considered making a WoC force based around Beastmen (I know the two armies are separate), mostly because I don't really like the marauder models and I think it would let me use some of the better looking Beastmen models that won't normally see play.

I play Tomb Kings. I got interested after someone's p&m blog on here. I have <1000 points though.

Picked up Brets also, but only cause someone has a box for 100 bucks. Splitting it up and selling online, I could probably double my investment in them.

I have Brets, Ogres, and Skaven. Technically I also have Empire but I'm getting ready to sell them off.

High Elves, first Fantasy army that i started right before the 6th Edition was released.

still love my 35x Maiden Guard who are now pretty looking spears lol.

I have roughly 10,000 points in high elves, probably 5k painted. A lot of the older stuff i haven't bothered painting, just kinda fun to bust out every now and then.

I dabbled with Wood Elves in 7th edition, they were a lot of fun but 8th kinda killed em for me.

Also had about 3k of Goblins before the army was stolen in the 6th edition.

Looking at restarting Goblins or VC when their new book is released.

I have Brets, around 2000 points
And
I have Tomb Kings, around 109 points (yes, one hundred and nine points)
