Troubled By Non-Compliant Worlds

Hi there!
Im fairly new to DakkaDakka, although I have been on the website a lot recently. I have been into Warhammer for about 6 years, however I have never actually played a game. I am more into the painting aspect of it. I have always wanted to try the game but I dont have enough models/painted models. The closest I've come to a game was probibly a small tryout game at the closest GW to me. The only problem is that it is about an hour drive away.
I have played Space Hulk and I enjoyed it very much which is why I want to try the proper game.

I've been in the hobby for 6 years too and for me the ratio of time spent modelling/painting to time spent doing actual gaming would be about 100:1 or more!
