Hmmm, assuming Force powers=some form of Psychic powers...
Tough call,
Darth Vader has "Psychic powers" and a rough equivilant of a Power Weapon.
Calgar has an incredibly strong, and heavy, suit of armor(important when Vader starts trying to pick him up/throw him) what practically amounts to a dual explosive grenade launcher(except the grenades are impact explosives) and 2 crushing gauntlets that can move with surprising speed and dexterity.
Darth Vader basically only has the Force to protect himself from calgars attacks. Calgar has a force field and his armor to protect him.
If the force is used to deflect the bolts, Vader will likely get covered in scrapnel as the bolts detonate against the meta-physical barrier. Then there is the SW canon that solid sligs, for some inexplicable reason, are harder to stop then energy blasts(possably because they are harder to "detect" with the force)
up close, lightsabre's will probably go through TDA, if slowely, like they went through the Blast Doors in Episode I. On the other hand, Vader is going to have to concentrate on blocking Calgar's flurry of blows with the force and only the force.
I would give the edge, only slightly, to Calgar.
Self-proclaimed evil Cat-person. Dues Ex Felines
Cato Sicarius, after force feeding Captain Ventris a copy of the Codex Astartes for having the audacity to play Deathwatch, chokes to death on his own D-baggery after finding Calgar assembling his new Eldar army.
Varro Tigurius vs Vader would be much more interesting
BTW in the older SWRPG, even throat crushing can be resisted and Calgar would have very stout (AKA insanely high) mental, physical, and will stats

Force Lightning would eat calgar alive. Vader wins in 7 seconds.

it comes to whoever gets the first advantage, calgar benefits from a good ranged weapon and excellent close combat weapons (albeit slow), whereas vader has minimal ranged capability and excellent close combat skills.
vader does have the force however, but calgar will have the capabilities to resist, this has been shown as possible, and if not resisted, with the Haemastamen, the oxygenated blood will be much more and he can survive long enough to shoot vader while vader is distracted, or close with him to kill him with the fists.
i really think the game goes to calger 10-8
You may use anything I post, just remember to give me credit if used somewhere else.

Size matters not, judge me by my size do you? Hmph.
Sorry couldn't resist. I'd go with Vader tbh, though in relation to the steel beam thing, keep in mind yoda also drags out a spacecraft that's been lodged in swamp muck, considerably harder than just holding a steel beam.
Darth Vader's Secret Battle Plan:
1. Force Push Calgar over.
2. Laugh at Calgar as he struggles to get his Terminator Armour upright again.
3. Repeat until bored.
4. Freeze Calgar in carbonite.
5. Use Calgar as paperweight.

If he tried, he'd kill himself before he could so much as singe the paint on Calgar's armour using it.
All Jedi (Light and dark side) have the ability to use force lightning.
Vader used Force Lightning in Force Unleashed.

Remember that Vader is the 'chosen one' of the Force. He is the most powerful Jedi to ever live unless I'm mistaken. (I'm only familiar with the Star Wars movies). Calgar is an Astartes with TDA, plot armour and Gulliman's boxing gloves, but not a psyker. Whether the Force is equivalent to psychic powers or not, Vader would win every time.

anyways, if vader could stop the bolts with his saber the shrapnel would still keep goin, and hes good, but not that good... i cast in favor of calgar. just because while he uses close combat weapons, he also uses ranged weapons...and the only armor vader has would be force fields...where as calgar has several inches, if not feet, of thick ceramite that would slow any lightsaber, and would act as a ground for any force lightning (power line workers use steel mesh suits when they work on high voltage power lines, it would behave the same) and finally: calgar has many redundant body organs/life support systems, where vader only has the life support

Imperial Navy Strike force: 3000 points, all made from styrene sheet and cardboard cracker boxes...oh yea.
Also, Calgar got his Primarch-gauntlets that cannot be penetrated by anything, presumably including Lightsabers (they held off a Wailing Doom after all, which is known to cut through anything, 'cept blue Primarch-gauntlets of course).

I think this thread just entered the geek stratosphere...
We are arming Syrian rebels who support ISIS, who is fighting Iran, who is fighting Iraq who we also support against ISIS, while fighting Kurds who we support while they are fighting Syrian rebels.

When has a ranged weapon EVER hit vader?
In that clone wars episode Mace Windu brought a space ship down on an army of droids with the force. Mace Windu. A guy killed by young vader. All vader has to do is hold out his hand and crush Calgar with his own body armour.
