Heya Dakka, so this is my first post here but i thought i'd share with you my project, pretty simply its a mix of kroot mercs with guard elements, but i thought that to make it even harder for myself i'd try and make the guard bits kroot-esk too, so i'll get onto the pics, first is my shaman/astropath/whatever he is needed to be, who has clearly been nomming on eldar, second is a mostly greenstuff krootox that at some point will get a base, (btw ignore the meat, the guys over at kompletely kroot have since informed me they are vegetarians.) And finally is a possible guardsman stand in. Any c and c very very welcome =] thanks for looking.

(Edit, now finished guys are in dakka gallery.)

Very interesting, and very well executed. I love eldar kroot. That krootox looks surprisingly jolly, trotting along. The meat hanging there is a great touch. The ig kroot conversion looks cool, subtle. I'm looking forward to MOAR!

Ty guys, like i say i have to swap the meat at some point for a branch or something which is a shame, but never mind, and whilst i'm on the krootox, what do you guys reckon of having imperial guard heavy weapons crews made like this, mounted on the back of a krootox?

So apologies for the double post but i thought i'd show you my latest krooty work, i'm thinking of changing the post name btw, because i'm steering away from the guard route, just going to make what i fancy and try and fit rules after =] With this guy dont be too harsh, he is still a WIP and needs slight greenstuffing and general cleaning up to get rid of any gunk. Aaaaanyway, pics:
The look is meant to be exploding tipped arrows, but im not sure if it looks ridiculously large, any c and c would be really appreciated.
Btw are photobucket pics ok on here?

So you guys might have seen my ad mech plog recently but i wanted to revive this one too because ive recently had some inspiration.. (the main reason it petered out in the first place.) For now i havn't got a great deal to show you, still trying to dig the necessary parts out of the bitz box, but thought i would get the ball rolling by showing the base of my newest obsessive project: The words baby knarloc come to mind:

The arrow looks suitably grimdark. I've always liked Kroot as their own army. Will follow closely.
