What is the best god for a specific CSM legion? Personally I think its Nurgle for the T boost, but I could also see Neshy being good. What do y'all think?

No? Anyway - I'm a little confused by what you mean when you say 'specific CSM legion'. Cause, they already have those - Death Guard, Emperor's Children, etc.
If it's just a regular game? Death Guard for object-holding, Berzerkers/regular CSM (with no marks - that's what the specific Legions are for) for objective taking.

Exactly. My Tzeentch Flamers LOVE nurgle bikers  I also forgot to mention, with the exception of properly kitted out noise marines, Slaanesh-marked models are cheaper than the other marks.
