I'd have no problem with it if it was just 2 TL PC, but 4 twin linked plasma cannons is a bit excessive. Assuming a carry capacity of 10 and it's still an assault vehicle, 270 seems okay.

Twin linked plasma cannons are very, very, good.

I don't like it. It seems rather than careful planning your tactic is shoot everything you can and ram everything that doesn't stay down.
Not like Spess Marhens at all.

if before the disembarking squad assault, the enemy takes one hit from the demolisher cannon. roll for scatter.

In all seriousness though, I think it'd be better to swap the MM for a TL Heavy Flamer. Then call it the Land Raider Purifier.

I like Land Raiders too, but I don't know if this is a variant that would be needed... I mean it almost does the same thing as a... http://wh40k.lexicanum.com/wiki/Land_Raider_Achilles#.Ts7Bt1b-snI just... backward a bit more short ranged and less defensive. The Achilles comes in at 325 pts. I don't know, I would compare it to an Achilles though its just a lighter version of it sort of, just backward. Without all the fancy stuff but I think it would be some where around 250-260pts around a Redeemer or a Helios maybe.

I guess with effect wise the only thing I can think of that this would be interesting with is if said enemy had a plasma weakness. Or you are running against GK with this Land Raider and they have an Ordo Xenos Inquisitor with Ulumeathi Plasma Syphon you probably wouldn't have fun.
