I just finished a squad of pink horrors for my Tzeentch demons army. They're going to fit into a display board and this squad is emerging from a warp gate and running on the warp energy spilling out. To see more pics of the horrors and the WIP display board check out my blog @ http://midwestmonsterlab.blogspot.com. Here's a few pics:

This pic shows off the base's two trapped souls.

Brilliant work, especially how the bases are on par with detail as the actual models themselves

Initially, while I thought the bases were rather nicely done, I was afraid that they were distracting from the models, themselves, too much. After seeing the board taking shape on your blog, though, I think the final result will be well worth a few busy bases.

Those old horrors are so, so much better than the new one's... sigh... GW and their obsession about taking chaos from chaotic to uniform or spikey...

Great job, great colors, great bases!

Thank you all for your kind comments!

Oadie, I agree, something as crazy as warp energy is hard to contain on a 35mm base.

MajorTom11, I'm asked all the time why I use the old models... because they're simply 100% better than the new ones! You're spot on about the line's dumbing down, though I think it came from the desire to get them in a plastic kit and a sculptor who didn't quite grasp the concept of chaos.

Brilliant paintjob to match great models (like em much better than new plastic).
Very busy composition, yes, but matches the theme of Lord of Change.

The composition of my demons list is 9 Horrors + Changeling, two or three 5 man horror units with bolt, three squads of 3 Flamers, 5 Screamers, Kairos Fateweaver, and a Soul Grinder or two. I'm told constantly that the demons codex isn't competitive, let alone a pure Tzeentch army (infact, I was told this by a leaf blower guard player before I beat him). It's great to see choas and demon players on this forum showing their support.

I'd like to see what demons everyone else has put together, let's seem 'em, post your pics of your demons here!

Absolutely beautiful work TBS... the confluence of theme between figures and the bases really make the difference.
