I always use gaming as an excuse to buy more models, but I rarely actually play, the hobby bit is what I enjoy best.

well as i´ve only ever played a test game in a GW store my gaming count is rather next to zero... i only gather all that plastic for one future day... maybe get my then old enough sons to play with their dad...here is me crossing fingers that i am quick enough with the finishing of enough playable material for that one future day mind you their are 3 3/4 and 6 years old...so i shouldn´t be too panicky about it^^

from eleven to eight...that makes it nine hours...and i felt wrenched out too...sometimes it doesn´t matter how long i sleep...arghhh... long sleeping doesn´t compensate for me as much as i want it to do... a good shower and cuppa tea almost is as much fortifying for me^^

Vik, In the past I've slept 24 hours straight before lols, depression does stupid things to your body.
In hobby news, I've finally finished retinkering with my 'fex's. just need some super glue and to green stuff them all. plus, the arms I needed for my tervigon have been ordered along with 30 more termagants.

Yeah, usually I suffer from insomnia, but recently I've taken to over sleeping... which just sucks.

Well, speaking of motivating...You may have inspired me to start a Nid army myself. I haven't bought anything yet, I will have to hold off for a while, but I have been thinking of and sketching my concepts for massive conversions.

Some of my concepts call for full sculpts, not just conversions. I kind of want an all arachnid army!
Actually, if I sculpt the figures myself, I can cast them and save thousands! Muahahaha! *ahem* I am better now.

Save thousands? how lols... the cost of OOMOO and rasin/liquid plastic equates to roughly the same as GW's bigger kits... trust me, I had that one in mind already lols. Also, if you ever game in your local store, you need to use miniatures that are 80% GW product

have you done something already in that direction jake? i bet that would look very interesting to say the least... and an all arachnid nid army would definatly draw attention...
on this board i also saw an aquatus nid army... with snailshells and so on...
special themed nid armies are way cooler...
that´s why i stick to this thread as i want to see those eyelss nids of childe...
by the way... childe... if all your basic nids are eyelss...then you must make some very big eyed^^ nids as your HQ units...? those synapse units... maybe even like flyes have lots of buzzeyes...or spiders for that matter...
