I've gotten a lot better as of late due to meds being changed/upped, tis one of those days i just need to gripe about then it'll be better tomorrow. plus come saturday, I get to buy another thirty Termagants... oh the joy... ¬_¬

Especially as for the first 500pts I need 90 Termagants... 20 on the board, and the rest for spawning with... just in case.

well if buying plastic crack helps so be it^^ GW will cherish that methode...^^

Hormagaunts are the CCW ones


Oh and considering at 3000pts I get another Tervigon, I'll need another 45 Termagants then... O_o eeeeesh and to think... the vast majority of this is for spawning

well look on the bright side... if you have three tervigons... one whole set is nearly instantly killed in one round...so i guess it averages out in the long run^^ cannonfodeer is called that way for a reason^^

Tervigon's spawn Termagants in game, they don't breed hormagaunts. plus under the current codex, the list really doesnt favour them either.

Lols thats also the reason for Termagants, as this entire list is based on Tervi-spamming ^_^

they are spawned on the hive ships. Genetically Termagants are basic life for the nids, needing very little effort to breed them, hence why Tervigon's have the ability. Hormagaunts on the other hand are slightly more complex requiring needing the spawning from Norn-Queens.

Every life form in the Tyranid race is derived from Genetic sequencing/splicing to make specifically rolled organisms to further the species. think of each organism as a specially developed part of the human body...

Synapse creatures the brain and nervous system.
Gaunts are the doing organisms and make up the vast bulk of the swarm being the skin of the body.
everything else is specialised to be organs and keep the swarm advancing.

It makes the most sense as the hive mind is the collective conciousness, pretty much the exact same way as the Borg. it isnt some "brain bug" like star ship troopers, its just a collective mind/will/instinct.

that i know... i have an old codex of nids and read through that one...tho the basic shape of being....as a termagant i didn´t get...but it makes sense...

The six limbed side of the race came from the Zoats... and happened to be a bonus in their evolution allowing two legs for walking on, two for walking and attacking with and the extra set for attacking/shooting.

is that conon fluff? they just ate the Zoats and possibly other non liked by GW races and inherited their features?...while it makes sense i think that is sad...

when did that happen tho? in RL i mean...because i remeber having an old termagant that was metal andhad iirc the sixlimbed version already...

Rogue Trader era iirc. they still had zoats in their force, but that's where the six limbs came from...

wow, I think the moon is full or something...everyone had a rotten day..Lauri had EVERYTHING go wrong for her today at work too, all she could do is have a meltdown and cry during the ride home, mind you, she NEVER cries like that. It's as if the morons in Zurich are actually smart and devious enough to perform sick, sadistic psychological experiments on us to see how much micro-torture in a day we can take. oh...that sounds grave... send her my best wishes... i go literally spare when my wife comes home like that... i even resigned when being for an internship in the same complany like my wife...they treated her like gak and i worked for free...always hoping to get a job there... then it was too much to bear...so i went to the boss (female by the way...they are even nastier sometimes then the guys... )told her off and went away... but before i wnet i erased all my work on their HD´s to not let them fatten on my work...

Yeah, I know man.....When they get hurt like that, you can't really help but to go into fight-mode naturally. We men are wired to preserve the peace in our homes at all costs. It's some instinctive defense mechanism, you just naturally stiffen up your stance and strike hard....Sometimes I wish I would aim first though
