Due to space constraints and othyer projects, I'm looking to sell this unique army. It is a 1500 point Imperial Guard army, very well painted, based and ready to game!
The army is a very competitive 5th edition army, and I have a very good win record with it! Every squad has a transport to get into the best position early in the game.
I also used this army at the Autumn 2011 Army of Skulls competition, and it was a best army nominee.
Included in this auction:
• Company Command Squad, with captain based on Forgeworld tank commander model, trooper with lasgun, and 3 melta guns;
• Company Command Squad, with captain, trooper with lasgun and 3 plasma gunners;
Guardsman Sly Marbo - a conversion appropriately armed, in a special forces drop trooper style
• Two veteran squads, each with sergeant with laspistol and chainsword, 2 melta gunners, 1 flamer and 6 lasgunners;
• Two veteran squads, each with sergeant with laspistol and chainsword, 2 melta gunners, 1 flamer, 5 lasgunners, and 1 trooper with demo charge (representing the demolitions doctrine);
• Two Valkyrie assault carriers, armed with multi-lasers and missile pods (usually used to transport the command squads);

;

;
• Four Vendetta gunships, armed with three twin-linked lascannons (to transport the veteran squads) - some sample images (there are more on my Photobucket)

;
• Standard bearer/objective marker, female trooper mounted on 40mm resin base, carrying Harakoni standard. Can either be used as an upgrade for a command squad or an objective marker (

);
• Two storage cases, one to carry all flyers (a hard case converted from a disco-equipment box, with foam inserts to hold the flyers in place) and another smaller foam case with enough space to hold all infantry plus some extras.
As you can see from the photos, every trooper has been uniquely converted. Many have Forgeworld respirator heads and backpacks. There are some third party resin upgrades included as well, such as pouches, grenades and packs. Some of the models have even been created with female upgrade head and chest pieces.
Almost all infantry have been mounted on resin bases, depicting a wartorn Imperial city. The flyers have all been mounted on resin bases with stronger clear resin stands.

(Note that about 6 troopers have slightly different heads and bases; there are however some extra infantry models in the main scheme to make up for this.)
All flyers have fully detailed cockpits, and unique names and noseart (some WW2 style pin up models, others with Imperial iconography).

I'm looking for serious offers on the army - bear in mind the level of effort and additional cost in conversion bits to get an army like this on the table! I would accept Paypal and but no trades. Postage can be negotiated (the army will have to be insured due to the value, but other requirements such as speed of delivery could effect price).
Thanks for looking!
