-Acrylic or MDF version available
-Vallejo and GW style bottles to get started. Vallejo style can be held upside down to keep paint in the nozzle.
-Customers can choose from our colour range for their own acrylic style
-These modular sections hold paints. More to come to hold tools, hobby parts, etc.
- Each acrylic unit is bolted together, no glue. MDF uses PVA to glue together.
-Each modular section comes with magnets to grab hold of its neighbouring section.
-At this stage looking at the straight section, an internal 90°, an internal 45° and an external 90°. More extravagant shapes as we go
Why are all the companies that make these things in Australia? Pain in the ass to get them here in the states.
That said, lovely product. Sad that I don't have the real estate for them on my current desk situation.

It blows my mind how simple and amazing of a design that is.
If I may have a bit of criticism, the huge URL plastered across the bottom shelves is really tacky. There's one thing to have the company logo on the back, side, or even a symbol on the front in case someone asks where you got that amazing thing. There's another thing to have a huge URL plastered across the front.
Other than that, I like it. The URL-logo isn't a dealbreaker, but the price had better be low enough to convince me I need this.

I'm hoping the URL is just there because it is their test and preview pictures. As for price they have mentioned $35AUD for the MDF and $45AUD for the Acrylic.
filbert wrote:The price is fine, however the main sticking point will be the shipping costs.
Which is the main reason I don't have a Miniature Scenery paint rack setup.
That said, this one holds 42(if I counted correctly) GW sized paints where the alternative company only holds 33.

They aren't released yet and as such are not for sale yet.

It does look quite nice, especially if the same shelves can fit all those different kinds of paints (the images are a bit unclear on this point). The price is bearable, and hopefully, since it'll pack flat, shipping would not be murder either.
Ahh thats a pain, i have recently bought the miniature scenery ones. While the miniature scenery ones are pretty good (can be annoying to assemble) these ones look more robust and the acrylic one would be a dream to assemble.
I may have to sell the unassembled ones so i can get these

If I'm looking at this correctly, it looks like it's quite possible that this could be assembled with those pieces reversed, so the logo is inside the bottom Problem solved! (Unless they cut the URL on both sides...)
Working on someting you'll either love or hate. Hopefully to be revealed by November.
Play the games that make you happy.
According to their FB page, they're a bit too pricey for me.
The straight section holds 42 paints and costs $45 AU.
That's about $47 US (Thank you, tanking US$). So, it would be $94 + shipping for a minimum set up.
No thanks. My little 2-level revolving tray works fine.

That's a damn shame. I would love to have the acrylic one but not for $100!

Welcome to the world us Aussies have to deal with every day.
Getting anything over here half decent is so damn expensive. Sad that it is so expensive to get to you guys, as the product is pretty damn awesome from the looks of it.
Cheap alternative paint storage. my desk was packed full of paints and 100$ or more for a solution was just to much for me.
Check out about 5:18, i put one of these together for less than 20$ and it currently has about 150 paints stuck to it.
I have the miniature scenics one which I love, but it is a bugger to put together.
The screws will make this a dream to go together.

Here are some additional options with added units - its more then just a paint rack at this point. I hear you about the shipping - but the question is are you getting this product from anywhere else.

That's brilliant - I have been looking for an upside down storage option for Vallejo for quite a while. Great idea!

Damn, that setup is niiiice!!! It stifles the inate portability of my appropriately dimensioned cardboard box, but damn. I'm a sucker for crap like that. But why do I think I'll be missing like $200 for the effort?
