On an Express Elevator to Hell!!

OK this isn't really big news, but I guess might be of interest to people who live around the Nottingham area or are likely to pop into Warhammer World's Bugman's Bar.

Friend of mine who works in Nottingham says that as part of a renovation, and to help celebrate 8th edition WFB, the bar is now being staffed by several key time dwarfs/midgets.
To complete the illusion for visitors coming to the bar they have been dressed as their WFB counterparts, with fat suits and fake chainmail/leather armour, and apparently they also occasionally break into song.
Most remarkably, their beards (around waist-length, although knotted in a bow for health/safety concerns) are apparently real, leading my friend to believe that they have some kind of clause in their contract regarding beard length.
Rather than lower the bar to accommodate their small stature, a wooden platform can be pushed into place behind the bar for when the dwarfs start their shift.

Just thought it might be of interest anyway for anyone who was heading to WHW, and a nice attraction for perhaps a family visit and parents with young children who might well appreciate it!

So we can all go laugh at midgets?

Can't say it sounds like a great move on GW's part.

And what the OP forgot to mention they are female dwarves. Thats real reason for beards with ribbons.

Thats no way to talk about Bainbridge, he might be ginger and bearded...and maybe not as tall as he could be, but I'm pretty sure there is a man under all that

Oh dear.

Only those small minded people would laugh at the vertically challenged. There is little chance of this being taken seriously.

This whole thread is beneath me!

C'mon guys, you have to hand it to small people (And not just cause they can't reach it themselves )
That aside, I can almost see GW actually doing this, should I be worried?
