My god, this is table-top quality? Amazing. Looking at this, I could probably be safe in saying that your top-quality models would turn my eyes into butter.

How did you get such a unified scheme on the orks and chaos? I'm relatively sure that i'm seeing a wash in there, but there must be something else..

And that terminator looks absolutely gooey.

Calling those "tabletop quality" is like calling a porterhouse steak hamburger. Those are some gorgeous models you've got there, and I'd love to see some closeups.

They are "Tabletop Quality" if your gaming table is made from gold and varnished in orphans tears. I love the paint job but what floors me more than anything else is the smooth transition between colours, make the models look very natural. How long do you spend on each model? (if you say 15 mins I am going to rage quit)

I use Vallejo game color.
I use a base coat of goblin green with a thraka green wash. Then a devlan mud wash.
then a drybrush of goblin green again followed by scorpion green and then pale yellow highlights.

lol 15 minutes i wish. probably about 8-9 hours each model. that includes time for stuff to dry and then painting and basing.

Ok very nice models just one question for now how did you paint the ork blade???? and I'm assuming the browns are from the devlan mud wash correct. Bear with me if it is not brown color blindiness suck even if it is accute.

Plus very nice fancy table quality you have there

I love them. They are really, really nice. Highlighting and shading are really top-notch. But, calling them "tabletop quality", when they clearly aren't, and it's clear that you don't intend to make an army out of any of these, is frankly a bit pretentious.

But, truly great work!

same blue I used on the termie.
Vallejo colors
ultramarine blue, devlan mud wash all over, ultramarine blue drybrush, electric blue drybrush and highlight then final highlights of steel grey.

The blade was GW chainmail, devlan mud wash, with a green wash and red was and purple wash in the metal followed by a chainmail highlight.

Actually, I am making an army of of these. Not just one but three (Orks, Chaos, and SM). after two years im up to about 500pts per army right now. Pretentious? Overly ambitious, more likely. I say good day to you sir. I SAID GOOD DAY! lol.

Usually by table top i mean i'm going to use them in games. not just to sit on a shelf. I personally dont use the word table top to infer quality ( i know most do).
