I'm not sure what it is but I don't like a lot of the new Necron range. The Trygon style spyder looks pretty cool I suppose.

I'm far, far more interested as to what it is the Wraith is looming over. It looks like a Stormtrooper.

I'd say it just looks like a Kasrkin, so nothing too special there.
of course, I've been known to be wrong

Thing is, I'd have said it was a Kasrkin...but the gun is wrong for a Kasrkin. The Kantrael pattern Hellguns that they use are more boxy, looking like bulkier lasguns with a short barrel.

It looks like the artwork of a Kasrkin but with the wimp "hot-shot lasgun" you see on the Stormtrooper models they still are selling from however many editions ago.

Interesting! Those are definitely Stormtroopers, but some weird hybrid of both Kasrkin and the current ones.

The scale of all these new models is HUGE! I actually think they are pretty darn close to what I would think the true scale stuff should look like compared to other models!

But the Triarch Stalker (really large walker) shown in the other thread wasn't present... spoilered image below. It is on the pre-order page on the website, I guess it just didn't make it into the video...

What a shame that it's finecast, though! Otherwise, I'd be sorely tempted to get it... just because. Such a cool sculpt!

But it's awesome that the actual kits are plastic, other than the special characters.

It makes no sense to me that a robot would have to drive another robot ... that really bugs me. I think I like Necrons as a whole less than I did before they got their reboot.

I am however pleasantly surprised that none of the new kits have a second variant build shoehorned in to them.

Some of the models are pretty damn cool. Like the SC model that has the spider-esque body, that thing is sweet!

But, what I really love, was the music to the video! That was the PERFECT score to put behind the Necrons.

I love the look of the new Necron range and GW has done very well with this wave and the 1st wave of miniatures. I cannot wait til I start my Necron army, the first thing I will buy will have to be the Triarch Stalker just because it looks so badass!

It is in the video, but the link above starts the video at 0:53, so you just missed it - and it looks amazing so go back and re watch it
