why nurgle? i would totally agree that they could count as CSM tho...but nurgle ...? why so?

what other god would be there that these could fit ? tzenteech?

or you could use that other new god...Malal ...they could fit the look...

if i am lucky enough to get a chance i will post some pics of my chaos orks with there red paint job. cause i am at a point where i am just dumb struck and at a dead point. i have some ideas but i need your input.

my idea was to add in ice blue as a spot color. in the jets of the back packs and the vents, power firsts and chain blades ect. or would an other color work better? or should i wait with that until i have painted the flesh?

i may be worng but for the red i would choose a green spot color... and man your stuff is creepy...good looking but still creepy... also the plate on the bum of yon DP ...hillarious to say the least^^

you can swing two ways on that one. red and green create contrasting colors but ice blue and green create warmth difference.

well color choice is up to you...heck if it is energy we are talking about you could go purple as well...but i guess this would look fishy...

I think i will go for skin color first and then find a spot color. as i am not sold on the ice blue idea.

ah i thought you´d wanted to mimik the orcs of LotR ...black reddish colored orcs...have you looked in on hmelrose`s thread recently? he has a crapload of red orks on the desk...what i really think looks badass for orks is milky white skin tho...that is freaking cool...or..you could do them in human skin for a change...would love to see a testmodel of that idea^^

when i make green skin i do it with wash. but Vik ask and you will receive. i will work on the three skins

guy's i just saw a base model for a warhound titan for $140,-



i would guess it is about 200 mm high because the base is 120mm.

warmahcine does now such beasts? hmmm looking good... but that´s currently totally out of my pricerange^^

i drooled over ther stuff from time to time..as i do now.. the second mini (°-°) you just showed is even more along my alley...and with that extra scaleshot i can somehow see how tall it really is... mind you the rpice is not that steep for such a big model... but to scrunge up that amount...argh...^^

and about the colossal i find the first kador colossal to be more wahound titan like in it's pose

the dark green skin looks good while a bit glossy...

the light green as a nice eerie effect...

the humna skin while something new looks fishy as the red "hairknob" steals away too much attention to really apreciate the skin on them... BUT...it proves to me that human skin on goblins sure works... i will exploit that test later on^^

and the cream fella looks even more eerie as the light green one... what kind of wash do you have planned for him? i would suggest a light blue one? or even yellow? who knows what might develop from there...

by the way... i like the creamy one becuase of the lack of hairknobs on his head^^

the cream on has a very diluted badab black wash over it.
and yeah the skin colored is one of my better human flesh models. i am personally torn between the light green one and the cream one

and yep... those two are some unique ways to paint orks and goblins for sure!!

I think the Dark Green is good for an Ork, but the grot should have the light green skin. Makes since, since in all the books, the bigger and older the ork is, the darker his skin.

we had 11 players with 5 matches of experienced and 1 who has played only one game.

we played 10 a side. we lost 69-5.
