and i hope your kids get better soon... it is always very strange to see our kids ill... they have so much energy when they are fit... seeing them all tired and sick is really making me feel sad for them... thankfully we never had pink eyes in our family... and that even tho both kids went to kindergarten and my wife even works as a nursery nurse...so in fact plenty of oportunities for that plague...

as for rubbing certain parts of statues...we have a park here where there is a naked man sitting... a bronze statue... all green with verdigris all over... kids tend to climb on that build... but as i´ve seen even my kids climb on that statue... by no means would this cause the polished look on some parts ... i never felt the urge to touch a statuebut it seems many peeps do???? crazy world...

@vik, tweedle dum will have his chords bent more in he future, the glue was till hardening. My kids are still full tilt on the energy level possibly more energetic. As for how the truck I loaded somebody keeps reminding me that here is no safety in he underhive.

Guitar strings I bought years go at toys are us. Got five different strings for five bucks, so I don't think they're too great. At least one of the other packs keeps unwinding when I cut it.

I'd love to make more of these guys, fills a spot in my marine chapter that I hadn't thought I could do from there plastic, but no one seems to have the bits. I posted a swap shop request but no takers so far for these pieces. I guess when you buy a stormraven and shell out so much money you don't leave pieces laying around .

Raining here again so all my outdoors plans are shot. Thinking of rearranging the gaming area in the basement. Would mean more area for me, but less for the kids. I spend more time own there, but seems like a hollow excuse, so will most likely stay the way it is.

Spent two hours bits sorting, I know I made some headway, but doesn't look like it. Thought about the dimensions of the cafeteria project, even at 1/4" scale it would be over 4' long. I'll need to rethink it, or change the size around. Also trying to come up with an idea for collapse able bleachers for the gymnasium, can't get the mechanism figured in my head, will do some searching to figure something out or the school project might not work.

Maybe pick up an erector set and/or K'Nex or something like that?

@Theo; those bleachers are like the multi-tray tool or fishing boxes and that is how they fold/unfold.

These bleachers are a little different. They slide out from the wall starting ith the bottom step first and it goes all the way out first, then the second step goes out, taking the first hat much further. They can control how many steps come out total, so if they only need two rows, bam two rows nd the rest are still stacked up.

I guess I'm getting hung up on nothing it's not like I'd have them open and close during a game, but it would be neat . I just have to wrap my head around doing more terrain. I just think the hallways and alleyways would be a neat change o scenery. I'm just afraid someone might see the layout an think I'm going to go attack he school.

I forget if its hyenajoe or dr. H who's building I now out of plastic. I had this set and th ire base, but like all my gorkamorka, necromunda stuff it got ruined while I was traveling on business, card all got wet. I have the bulkheads still, but I'm gonna rebuild them, make them better, make them plastic, give them rivets.....hopefully less than $6,000,000. But a current GW prices that would still be a bargain.

wow...that bastion... that is on the verge of being ancient....

The jpgs ar saved on a temperamental computer. I can print them, but they just won resize correctly. I'll try to get them pulled up again, but the computer is older than my twins. Fin for typing reports and some of my old video games (alpha centauri, might and magic v), but not much else. I've got to get a newer system but he ipad does most everything except type what I want it to.

It must be Hyenajoe as I'm currently on a Waveserpent.

Might just be the picture on the box, but I think I prefer the look of that bastion compared to the current one I've seen...

I was in the middle of trying to get dinner done when typing it, got the two of you confused and couldn't look it up. I know you both stop by so thought one of you would speak up . I think this with a landing pad for small ships, landspeeders, or Valkyrie. Want to use my flashing light gizmos from the same time period. It might double as my chapter outpost on a Backwater world.
