Fast drain... Running, strenuous exercise, combat, basically what makes you tired.... My armour normally recharges it, but... Neck... I've been wearing it less as it hurt abit still with armour...
Change... Every few months... Normally anyway.
Sorry... I'm complicated...
Ooc id imagine augments like any devices are never free to operate forever without needing attention..
